What a dirty libertarian demagogue of a “selective” defense of the Constitution!
1) He still has nothing to say about such gross past violations of the Constitution as the 2008-2016 usurpation of presidency, or even more tangible: violation of the constitutional requirement for backing dollar with gold and silver – violated already for many decades! – yet not a peep from American sheeple and its “dear leader”.
2) Yes, attempts of government regulations on possession of dangerous drugs by individuals is in a violation of the freedom. This issue must be addressed with the most thorough analysis of all the dangers and then, if necessary to amend the Constitution so that dangerous drug be out of reach. It must be not one more silent violation of the Constitution, but legal amending of it given the new contemporary reality.
3) And the reality is awful! If in the time of the Founders the majority of the sheeple and the youth were as immoral and fallen as now, the Founder would never conceive this Constitution and this nation, which, as they pointer out, is designed only for MORAL AND RELIGIOUS people, and definitely not for the drug junkies, pederast, and liberasts.
What more of libertarian “free will” do you need for your “constituents” Mr Paul: That nobody attempted to prevent their suicide? Or nobody intervene to stop the 20 years girl from … gouging out her both eyes (the horror reported just a few days ago).
