Is this judge be committing Criminal Acts of: “CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD”, “FRAUD” and/or “TREASON”?
  
Will the American people stand up for their right to know the Truth about Obama’s place of birth, and put a permanent STOP such actions by people in the U.S. Government?
 
 
The Federal District Court Judge Clay Land, in a scathing 43 page monologue raked Dr. Taitz, Esq., over the coals for “attempting to use  the courts to advance a frivolous claim on the preposterous assumption that the sitting President is not the  man he says he is and that he is not a NATURAL BORN citizen of the USA.” He has fined Dr. Taitz $20,000.00 for contempt of court.  
 
It appears to me that the “judge” might be exposing himself to the charge of “accessory” to the fact that a treasonous administration is destroying the sovereignty of the USA and surrendering our interests to the United Nations — which he hopes to preside over soon .

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

    Judge Land has stood Justice on her head. It is Land’s judgment that is frivolous and vile, it is he who deserves contempt, and we should not stand for his kind of bullying any more. His blind bigotry is treasonous to our Republic.

    If, Dr. Orly Taitz lawsuit is ” frivolous” , judge Land, should prove it. I think the accusation has to be proved wrong. Otherwise ” my word against your word”.

    So the Judge ruled that we do have a right to inquire, but imposed a fine of $20,000 for doing so?

    If we have a right to determine eligibility, and cannot do so through the courts, then HOW?!?!?

    I suggest filing criminal charges on the judge for obstructing justice.

    I sent Judge Land a scathing letter telling him that he should take off his black robe and step down because he is a disgrace to the judiciary in this country. His appalling missive about the case being frivolous was a blatant attempt at retaliation for a case that he didn’t want to hear. He knows that Obama is a fraud yet refuses to do anything about it. I told the judge that he was acting like a two-year-old having a temper tantrum.
