Do we need a 9th Circuit Court?
In February, it was the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that blocked President Trump’s executive order banning immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries. Since then, district court judges under the 9th Circuit umbrella have blocked both Trump’s second attempt at the immigration ban, and his order cutting funding to sanctuary cities.
Trump hasn’t accepted these decisions without some push-back. He’s repeatedly tweeted about frustrations with the court, and in an interview with the Washington Examiner last week, he said he would “absolutely” consider splitting up the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Think about this. The Democrats fabricated a phony concocted story about the Trump Team & Russian Collusion. Not so huge. Trump does not speak out the truth about islam even like Geerd Wilders of the Netherlands does. First of all, America needs exactly the entire truth about islam spoken from the highest pulpit – instead of the obfuscation as though the “temporary immigration ban is not against islam and mulims”, for it must be: as a long overdue.
America must rid of islam (and never forget our old debt of nuking Mecca and Medina for 9/11/2001).

Gdw, ur right about Halbig. He went to Columbine after the “REAL” shooting there and every administrative entity welcomed his expertise with open arms. They actually wanted help in trying to make their school safer. When he went to Newtown no one wanted to talk to him about any aspect of the incident. In fact the police and the school administrators would not discuss a single thing with him. He knew it was a scam right then. Where was Robert Mueller and his Special Prosecutor to look into “The Sandy Hook Hoax?” Mueller knew it was a big scam and aided & abetted Obama in presenting it as a real event to the American people. Myself; I am still baffled as to why Trump even acknowledged the existence of the 9th circuit, or any of these low court judges. They, themselves, surely knew they had no authority to intervene in Trump’s complete and Constitutionally uncontested authority for his legitimate legal and warranted action. Just as the supreme court has no Constitutional grounds to impede the clearly appropriate protections against obvious foreign, incompatible antagonists.
The Constitution, and our already established immigration regulations support Trumps action. There is no one, or no Constitutional hindrance in his way.

Hal, I only took out the few about
fundraisers and lobbyists.
Definitely kept his using the
dead man’s SS number.
Unbelievable that the IRS did
not delve into this, as well as
SS.
They are all deserving of losing
their citizen ships.

It’s good, that you too sent a letter to President Trump urging him to prosecute the 2008-2016 usurpation (we did it in 2016 and 2017 (*)). However your suggestion of namely these TWO Constitutional Lawyers Dr. Edwin Vieira and Dr. Allan Keyes seems strange. As much as I followed what they published during the 8 year of usurpation, they kept a taboo on it no less than the rest of corrupted lawyers of America and all American government institutions! They are complicit at least by staying silent!
This silence is especially ugly for Dr. Allan Keyes, which was a plaintiff in 2008 shortly as a presidential candidate! As a candidate (and as a black person, which matters so much in this deranged nation) he potentially could make hell of noise and keep it non-stop – until the rest of this nation “got it” and could not behave as though nothing happened for 8 years! Alas, Ambassador Keyes complied no less than the rest of the crooks (beginning with McShame and Palin).
If you wished to suggest a choice for prosecutors in such a case, who else may be better and more deserving it than Dr. Taitz and Sheriff Arpaio?!
However the crux of the case so far is not who is the prosecutor, but at least in acknowledging of this crime – that is where President Trump humiliatingly capitulated in 2016, and still conducts this despicable farce despite of being attacked and lectures by the impostor and his supporters non-stop.

Hi, Alex,
I saw that the two lawyers were felt to
be commendable, but did not know about
Keyes being ‘silent’ earlier on.
True, Dr. Taitz would be the best and
only answer to advising President Trump,
but he seems unaware of her qualifications.
Maybe we should all send him registered
letters, he’d have to sign for them,
and vouch for her as leading the legal
steps for instigating a belated court
action.
Trump is not perfect, and he seems to
be wary of stirring up a hornet’s nest.
He needs to put the trips to other
lands and leaders, on hold, and
get with the sentencing of Obama and his
governmental cohorts.
ESPECIALLY now, as we see the hybrid
gnat working stealthily to remove Trump
in any way he can.
Slapping all of them down would be the best
thing for this country and decimate many
of Trump’s internal and external problems.

If you hate this Nation/President, why not just go and move, to some other location…oh, say, like N.Korea? or commie China?

Did you think that America was perfect?
Trump didn’t make this Country a problem! He is actually doing a great job…just check out the May 8th issue of the National Enquirer!
They List his accomplishment to date!
But, funny, though, how you don’t hit the real cause of the present day daily calamity: our nwo Congress, which Trump did not create!
Are you only able to handle those things that are as perfect as the numbers you work with?
Cause that may be your biggest mountain to climb!
And you may not be able to deal with all the wrong things of our society, like our America was born out of difficulty and war, twice!
But moving here has given you the opportunity to live far, far away of the commie nation of the old Soviet Union!
And that’s why you left there, right?

Dear Starlight (#43), your expectations as though if we sent Trump registered letters, he’d have to sign for them personally(!) [and then supposedly to read personally (!)], are very naive!..
Judging by his actions in 2016, Trump was “conditioned” to bury the usurpation and he had complied. He had complied but we must never comply. We must keep this issue in public discussion forever and keep trying to affect Trump no matter what.
AMERICAN PATRIOT (#44): leaving aside all your personal attacks against me, you ARE right that “Trump did not create our NWO Congress” (and NWO other things). They all existed decades prior to him, and in particular they enthroned the usurper. And Trump ought to know all that for decades too. And Trump ought to take this in consideration when he ran for presidency. (And we warned him several times: first in personal letters, and then in the open letter (*).
Alas, it was Trump’s own choice to capitulate in 2016 on the issue of usurpation and get “conditioned”: to get condition so much that he left the entire criminal cabal unexposed and free to attack himself non-stop. No real reverse of our deadly course can happen until Trump breaks out of his “conditioning” and destroys the entire sabotaging crowd by fully exposing and prosecuting them.

Let’s look at Alex’s perspective in this way:
a. he is impatient,as are we all, to get the
impostor/muslim tried, sentenced and whatever
the going rate is these days for traitors.
(me, I favor the noose)
b. he lived this type of regime, as did Dr. Taitz, from what I have understood from her
writings earlier this decade
c. he does not hate President Trump, anymore
than we do. He is impatient with the man
for not following through on all the evidence
and all the research, so much so from Dr. Tatiz and her investigators, to the professionals
analyzing the false birth certificate, to
Sheriff Arpaio’s taking her proof positive
and in his own mercenary way, supporting
her research, (albeit asking for money
a few hundred times),
and then we have Donald Trump himself,
actually stating he believed it was
an authentic document and Obama is
a real live citizen… ha ha
So, naturally this chafes at the bit,
on our part, because we knew he was
making a huge mistake in his acceptance
of a fraudulent piece of paper
d. Alex has not shown ‘hatred’ though
it could be interpreted as such.
It isn’t any different than our stating
that this country is going into a decline
and never been in worse shape, and has
been corrupt for years, in all departments,
but it doesn’t mean we have ‘hatred’ for
the country; it means we have huge concerns
and in fact, many patriots,especially
retired military veterans, would like
to go all out and take this country back
w/o due process of law.
It may come to that.
e.lastly, when you leave a dictatorship,
a tyrannical government, and come to the
land of the free, etc.etc. you kind of
hope it will always be that way, an
idyllic society. Then to see the Obama
creature taking an office illegally,
against all our founding fathers’
writings, and not one person in
authority to confront, report and
legally remove him from office,
and every judge who is involved
in the case, is either blackmailed,
threatened, or just plain stupid,
well, it makes one want to complain
angrily that the criminal is
getting off scot-free.
So, try to see it his way, and
make an effort to put yourself in
his shoes.
