How do you tell who is Russian and who is not
Russian in the Ukraine. Russia has had the Ukraine every since Catherine the Great and various other governments have ruled the Ukraine going back a thousand years.

Deribaska is an Ukrainian name, not Russian

I read the article and it keeps referring to
Deribaska as a Russian But who knows.
I do not think Putin would trust him if he was a Ukrainian. Putin should just over run the Ukraine like Catharine the Great did when she kicked the Tarters from the Crimea.
