Finally GOP is doing something to stop the flood of illegals to US, Dems oppose it

House Republicans have included a clause in their fiscal 2016 bill funding the State Department and foreign operations that would require the suspension of aid if Central American governments fail to address the crisis of unaccompanied children migrating to the U.S.

The House bill would direct the secretary of State to suspend assistance to Central American countries if their governments don’t take steps to improve border security, enforce laws to reduce the flow of illegal migrants to the U.S., conduct public outreach campaigns about the journey’s dangers, and cooperate with U.S. federal agencies to facilitate and expedite the return of migrants to their native countries.

They have ignored the Natural Born Citizen clause for President, why won’t they ignore the Citizen clause for a Representative??

This looks a lot like a dog and pony show.
What are the terms and how many years before any action will supposedly be taken??
I assume at least until after election is over then it will be ignored!
Do not trust any actions taken at this time, they are trying to stop discussion until after election then everything is back to way they like.
Elect no one that says Trump should not be saying the tings he is, they are US citizens enemies even if they arein congress!

    from Birther Report:

    Fox News:

    Birther Donald Trump Doubles Down;
    Greta Live Twitter Poll;

    87% Say Persecution Unfair

Donald Trump appeared on Greta Van Susteren’s Fox News show tonight to discuss the ongoing persecution against him for telling the truth about the wide open border and illegal immigration. Trump doubled down on his comments and laughed off the latest news that NASCAR and ESPN pulled out of scheduled events at Trump properties. He said they were small events and they will

    both lose their deposits

and will him allow him to remonitize the space.

#13 “Concerned:” Isn’t it odd that Obama uses “L” for LEVANT in his description of ISIS?

It is a term for an area which is NOT called that in modern terms.

It has a tinge of “Crusades” in it, as though Barack Hussein were speaking from an Islamo-Centric point of view, which would not be surprising for HIM, but rather macabre for an American “POTUS:”

From Wiki: Today, “Levant” is typically used by archaeologists and historians with reference to the prehistory and the ancient and medieval history of the region, as when discussing the Crusades.

Off topic, but I have a question.

Was Cruz a Canadian citizen when he was elected to the Senate and if so, is that legal?

This is an excerpt from Wikipedia:

Since Cruz was born in Canada, commentators for the Austin American-Statesman[176] and the Los Angeles Times,[177] have speculated about Cruz’s legal status as a natural-born citizen. Because he was a U.S. citizen at birth (his mother was a U.S. citizen who lived in the U.S. for more than 10 years as outlined by the Nationality Act of 1940), most commentators believe Cruz is eligible to serve as President of the United States.[18][178][179][180]

Despite many legal experts opinions to the contrary, conservative legal activist Larry Klayman, Orly Taitz, one of the leading proponents of the “birther” movement during Obama’s presidency, Joseph Farah of World Net Daily, and Donald Trump, have stated that Cruz is not a natural born citizen and thus not eligible to run for president.[181]

When he was a child, Cruz’s mother told him that she would have to make an affirmative act to claim Canadian citizenship for him, so his family assumed that he did not hold Canadian citizenship.[190] In August 2013, after the Dallas Morning News pointed out that Cruz had dual Canadian-American citizenship,[180] he applied to formally renounce his Canadian citizenship and ceased being a citizen of Canada on May 14, 2014.[190][191]

Geraldo chastising Hannity for putting him after three parents told their stories about their children’s being murdered by illegal aliens, because Geraldo STILL wanted to run interference for illegals.

How tortured his response; blinded by misplaced emotion. Que triste! (how sad)

Geraldo says there is no verified case of Terrorists coming across the southern border:
    how naive!

A Natural Born Citizen requires two American citizen parents at the time of birth. We know Cruz’s father was not a citizen at the time. We still don’t know about if his mother took Canadian citizenship or not. Either way, Cruz is NOT a Natural Born Citizen and is NOT eligible under the Constitution to be President. The question remains about if he was eligible to be a Senator.

To be eligible for service in the UNited States Senate, you must be:
~At least 30 years of age
~A resident of the United States for at least nine years
~A resident of the state you are representing (at the time of elections)

    “Clause 2:
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.”

Note the word “citizen” not resident.

Follow on for the Senate before I get slammed.

    Clause 3:
No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

Once again, note the word “citizen” and not resident.
