Apparently they didn’t have the sign “WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE”

This decision is most alarming for my community. As a Moslem shopkeeper I cannot serve Jews and do not even want them in my store as they are unclean in the eyes of Allah. But now I am forced to choose between my religion and my livelihood.

I will be the first to tell you this,
Aziz, but there is no Allah…sorry about that.
Allah is a myth, a figment of the imagination of
a bygone ancestor. Now, on the other hand,
the IS GOD, and He is not willing for anyone to
perish, ..on the other hand, the Jews are the
apple of HIS eye.
So, feel free to serve those pesky Jews,
and feel free to push the delete button
on Allah. This will just maybe help you
arrive at an eternity w/o all those virgins.
Whew!!!!Saved by a stranger.

And on the top of it, GoFundMe has showed its true ugly liberast face:

Russians are right: America turned into a nation of pindoses,
L I B E R A S T AND P E D E R A S T
And I am more to blame the liberasts than pederasts. After all, the pederasts proper comprise some negligible 1-1.5%, but it is the compliance and spinelessness of near 50% of the nation – the liberasts – which are empowering and amplifying the filth of that little 1%.

The business was ordered to pay the money, not the owners. So easy, declare bankruptcy and let the state get the money from the bankrupcy judge.
Then move here to Texas where no democrat has won any statewide office for ANYTHING in well over 10 years, and we don’t have gay weddings to begin with.

GoFundMe fundraising site for Sweet Cakes owners goes dark
————-
After careful review by our team, we have found the “Support Sweet Cakes By Melissa” campaign to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions and have removed this campaign. The money raised thus far will still be made available for withdrawal.

Same-sex couple in Sweet Cakes controversy should receive $135,000, hearings officer says
————
“The facts of this case clearly demonstrate that the Kleins unlawfully discriminated against the Complainants. Under Oregon law, businesses cannot discriminate or refuse service based on sexual orientation, just as they cannot turn customers away because of race, sex, disability, age or religion. Our agency is committed to fair and thorough enforcement of Oregon civil rights laws, including the Equality Act of 2007.”

“Support Sweet Cakes by Melissa” GoFundMe Page Violates Terms”
————
Following the decision Sweet Cakes immediately started a GoFundMe page and raised over $100,000 before it was shut down.
————
Late on Friday GoFundMe stopped the Sweet Cakes campaign. Via GoFundMe: “After careful review by our team, we have found the “Support Sweet Cakes By Melissa” campaign to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions. The money raised thus far will still be made available for withdrawal. While a different campaign was recently permitted for a pizzeria in Indiana, no laws were violated and the campaign remained live. However, the subjects of the “Support Sweet Cakes By Melissa” campaign have been formally charged by local authorities and found to be in violation of Oregon state law concerning discriminatory acts. Accordingly, the campaign has been disabled.”

Allah …. is the Arabic word for God (al ilāh, literally “the God”).[2][3][4] The word has cognates in other Semitic languages, including Elah in Aramaic, ʾĒl in Canaanite and Elohim in Hebrew.[5][6]
It is used mainly by Muslims to refer to God in Islam,[7] but it has also been used by Arab Christians since pre-Islamic times.[8] It is also often, albeit not exclusively, used by Bábists, Bahá’ís, Indonesian and Maltese Christians, and Mizrahi Jews.[5][9][10] Christians and Sikhs in West Malaysia also use and have used the word to refer to God. maybe, the business is not a separate entity. It maybe that she is simply doing business as “Sweet Cakes”, not a separate corporation or LLC

It would appear tha the state of Oregon is in violation of the constitution and a bunch of federal law on civil rights.

If I owned “Sweet Cakes” bakery I’d file a discrimination suit against GoFundMe — damages in an amount to force GoFundMe to close its doors and the owners to loose their homes. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
