FOIA response was received from Monica Frey, disclosure specialist for FOIA officer Amy P. Jones, Ms. Frey states that the requested documents are being scanned by the scanning unit (see letter attached)

.. so at most, it says they have jurisdiction over item B. d. which asks for nothing at all.
How can they get away with this, when in one item you specifically ask about the US treasury conversations between another branch? At least they should admit to having jurisdiction over that.

I can imagine that they will redact them to the point they are useless. I pray not! I wish someone in the judicial system would stand up. We’re still waiting.
