I talked to one of the clerks, Ms. Gough, she called the chambers of judge Lamberth and talked to a clerk by name Ms. Jennings, who stated that Judge Lamberth has a standing order where he has to ok the pleadings to be filed, he is out of town, his deputy Reggie Johnson is out of town as well. His supervisor Yvette Fonders is not there, Chief clerk Angela Cesar is not there.

I called the Chief Clerk Angela Cesar and left a message with Ms. Trainum, her secretary.

I believe that this is very similar to James Rosen case, where pleadings and exhibits were not docketed. Lamberth blamed the clerks, but several clerks are saying that Lamberth needs to ok docketing and it is up to him. It is my understanding that in certain sensitive cases they are trying to keep the documents and not docket them. If this is docketed, it is devastating for Obama, it shows that Lamberth has to release the SS-r of Harrison J. Bounel and Obama has to go to prison for using a stolen Social Security number. I believe they are trying to find ways to get out of this.

    A U.S. attorney in Tennessee is reportedly vowing to use federal civil rights statutes to clamp down on offensive and inflammatory speech about Islam.

    Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, was quoted by the Tullahoma News this week suggesting that some inflammatory material on Islam might run afoul of federal civil rights laws.

    Orly you need to check the relationship beween this Ms Gough, who you talked to, and Cindy Gough Montgomery, the same woman who punked you in DC. Cindy is from DC and my guess is that she is related to this person and has inside knowledge. Obots are in key positions to work against you.

    Now I know why Tennessee is one of the (3) main states that push this Shariah Law crap! The other (2) are Michigan (in Dearborn) and in florida!

    These people in state govt need to start going back to American, Constitutional Law, and not any foreign, muslim law! They live HERE in AMERICA…not in a muslim nation!~

    Is Lamberth a “real” judge or is he pretending to be one with all of the legal obligations that go with the title or is he proving to be an Omama lackey water boy ready and willing to protect the guilty at the expense of all Americans. Let’s hope he makes an American decision.

    sadly, I have not see much integrity in judiciary, particularly on Obama issues
