Every U.S. city should follow the example of Charlottsville, Va and ban all drones. Drones are a flagrant violation of our 4th amendment constitutional right protecting us from unlawful searched and ceizures

My Dad still watches Hannity if nothing else on. He called me last night and told me that Karl Rove and Hannity where blasting the Tea Party (Sarah Palin) the Rino’s have left their base. Both Rino and Fox are finished. Yesterday Tea Party Patriots are gonna show up and help Orly. Hannity and Rove just proved that they are more interested in keeping their job than helping us. THEY ARE FINISHED!

So what now? The feds will just use their invisible STS camouflaged drones instead that can see through walls and the grounds at your home or business up to 80 feet deep identifying all know weapons and belongings on your properties. You’ll never know they were there unless you have elaborate detection devises. That’s how the conquering foreign infiltrators planned on successfully confiscating all the American people’s guns. 1776 is the answer for 1984.

Ok, I’ll bite – call me stupid and you’re an attorney – but how does a drone either “search’ or ‘seize?”

What if they help catch illegal immigrants?

Our government has become a flagrant violation of our constitutional rights, a domestic enemy, a terrorist cartel. Drones ARE banned from operation in the USA, until there’s a constitutional amendment specifically permitting it. But for now, our illegitimate rouge government, who fails miserably at following the law, will continue expanding the criminal enterprise unchecked. The three branches have merged into one evil entity of violence, murder, and torture. And the biggest threat to life, liberty, and freedom we’ve ever faced.

I didn’t know a city’s ban can supersede a federal law.

there is no law that guarantees our power grabbing Feds to use drones and survellance everywhere

I agree. And maybe our state legislatures should step in and protect our states!

Being sarcastic, I kinda like the idea of drone strikes as after American civilians are killed it might reinstall manly courage in the face of death. Men have been demasculanized; they need drone strikes. I am sick and tired of young men high on hormones, sex and taxpayer income being toughguys as flyboys, seabees, rangers and grunts in US Military Cavalries here in the states and anywhere for that matter. I see kids go into the service and think they are something cool because they have rank, a new uniform, intelligent thought (so they think) and a new car (whippee! All cars are pieces of garbage in 10 years or, more often, less than that. As a former Master ASE certed mech I know). Their bodies go to pot just a few years after they ‘separate’ and by the time they are 45 they are wimps like the rest of society. I want peace, love and happiness just like the next person but I’ll be go to hell if I’m going to fear buttholes and all their manipulation of the United States Military like was done to David Petraeus threatening me with drones. What comes around goes around so I’d be careful who is showered with your reign of terror. At the same time, we’re waiting…
