Indeed, it takes a majority of states to dissolve the union, however one individual state does not need a concent of other states to peacefully secede. Additionally all 50 states no longer operate under the law and Constitution, all 50 states are under occupation with a foreign citizen with forged IDs in the position of the President. During occupation the rule of law no longer exists

Dr. Taitz could you please tell me if I’m wrong about a majority of the states voting to dissolve the contract with the federal government? What does it take and what is the process? Thank you for your service to this country.

Congress why AIN’T you doing the job you are paid to do by the United states Tax Payers.

Congress why have you repeatedly shirked your duty when it comes to this “OBAMAGATE MESS”?

Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. has enough SOLID, BONA FIDE, and UNREFUTED EVIDENCE to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that we have an unqualified parson as President.

Congress what are you waiting on, for the complete destruction of the United States.

Congress, when that happens it will be too late for you Congress People to do anything but lose all your Freedoms and Rights along with all Americans, that are currently given to us by our Sacred Contitution.

I know that you Congress People are not “COMPLETE IDIOTS” so why are all of you Congress People acting like “COMPLETE IDIOTS”?

There still is a little time left for you Congress People to do your job and straighten this “OBAMAGATE MESS” out, so do it ASAP, or you won’t be able to do anything at all.

Congressman Alan West lost his election and is now fighting through the judicial system for the votes to be recounted, as they did for Al Franken and the Democrats in WI protesting Republican Governor Walker’s election. The MSM states the judge is not going to allow him to proceed with his attempt to prove voter fraud.

Apparently, he is now learning what Orly has gone through in the courts for years. ‘How does it feel, Congressman,’ is what I would like to say, as well as several of my dearest friends who, as I, have tried repeatedly week after week sending cards and letters to ask him to help? Did he? NO, he did not, he ignored our unfailing appeals. Others who have petitioned to him to help, as well on the fraudulent SSN, however he ignored them without even a cordial response.

This event in his life may be a turning point for him to see how the corruption is so dense and the way this administration works, so possibly he will regret not helping Orly and those who are insisting that Obama is a fraud, a thief, and a liar. He had his chance and he ignored all of us, even though he states he cares about God and Country you have to show through action to convince me when it comes to a political seat. Was it about God and Country or having your face in front of a camera, Sir?

Now I say, join with us, Alan West, and help if you are truly concerned about this country then you will. It is up to you to prove what you say; who you are, not a political self serving narcissist, but a veteran who has the two things you say matter to you most that you will serve; God and Country…SHOW US!

Although I admire your sincere efforts to appeal to Congress’ common sense, it appears that they have had an overdose of Obama Kool-Aid and chosen the path to self-destruction. Common sense is non-existent in Congress.

But who knows, when Congress becomes fully aware that there is a serious grassroots movement for secession of U.S. States, they just might wake up from their hypnotic stupor and begin to be rudefully awakened by the fact that secession by each State translates to EACH REPRESENTATIVE AND SENATOR WILL NO LONGER HAVE THEIR JOB!

What better way to fire your Representative and Senator. Hope that jolts them back to reality because where will they go? They no longer represent their state because their state has cut the proverbial umbilical cord.

Each state should be entitled to a financial settlement and the right to common usage of natural resources if they so choose. Remember, the need for secession was brought upon by the opposing party who failed to uphold their part of the contract, therefore, they have to settle just like an amicable divorce. If Obama can throw billions of dollars to Muslims countries, he used taxpayers’ money so he better cough it up and continue to support the states prior to his reign of terror on us. These are irreconciliable differences. Negotiations should take place to reach an amicable decision.

That “de carr” person is probably Katia Weiss. Sounds just like her and smells like her- always trying to tell us you can’t do this and you can’t do that-such an oppressor and fear monger.

Another comment I would like to make re: Lincoln sending in the troops…Wow! How did you get that information? Oh, that’s right, you were there too when Lincoln was alive

I tend to believe that if the court hearing on Obama’s eligibility has any positive action on showing fraud in Obama’s birth certificate/ eligibility there is a possibility of throwing a snag into accepting the count of the electoral votes. This can happen if one Senator and one Representative will challenge certification of electoral votes in December. The stronger the case is made in MS the better the chances are for such an action . That MS is one of the States in the secession parade makes this more encouraging. I also believe that the court case in MS must be very strong and that is why I strongly believe Viscount Monckton and his investigation should be part of the court hearing/consideration.

Monkton does not have any original information, he is talking about the information found by others.
In regards to 1 senator and 1 congressman- good luck finding 1 honest senator and 1 honest congressman. If you are not a corrupt puppet, the regime will not pronounce you a winner in our corrupt elections

I saw someone post that said that they hinted that there might be a father and son in Congress that might say something about the (1) Rep. and (1) Senator, who would stand up and stop the validation of the electoral college vote! And we all know whom that is. If anyone has their email, get ahold of them ASAP! We need to stop that damned validation to save this country, with tons of recounts by legitimate Patriots!

Ron Paul has disavowed birthers repeatedly; Rand Paul mocked birthers by saying “I’d like to see Donald Trump’s Republican registration”. No chance in hell that either of these elected officials will betray his country by cooperating with your birther lunacy.

    Joseph Farah:

“And that’s why stealing the vote is not only an acceptable practice by these people, it is a moral imperative in their twisted worldview.

Am I suggesting that the recent presidential election was stolen through voter fraud and manipulation?

    Without a doubt.

    Do I have evidence?

Yes, I have plenty of anecdotal evidence to show that it was committed by one side in the election in various ways. And I am convinced that at least 5 percent of the Democratic vote can be attributed to fraud – illegal voters, illegal campaign contributions, rigged balloting, intimidation at the polls, you name it. “

The clause that is no longer there, is the one that matters: “In Perpetuity” was removed from the Articles of Confederation when the Constitution was drafted.

Orly; Mockton is a person of renown and respect in governmental workings/manipulations. He is no legal illiterate and quite to the contrary. Anything or anyone to bolster your effort and claims could/should be used at this critical time. I also tend to think that since MS is one of the states petitioning for secession there is a chance that there is one Senator and one Representative willing to sidetrack the certification of electoral votes.

Orly, I just received this email and thought this to be important

I found at the very bottom of this email an address:

The contact name is listed as; Matt Hoskins and his email address
is: info@scfpac.com for the newly elected Conservative Senators who state in this announcement:

“….we will join the U.S. Senate in January and take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States”

Is it their dedicated oath to defend our Constitution or simply hyperbole; one can only hope at this juncture that it is the former. I know if anyone will be able to challege their intent, it will be you.

RECOUNT THE ELECTION..if there are millions or more signatures, do you think we can get one Senator and one Congressman to stand and protest when they ask if anyone opposes this newly elected FRAUD????

    https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/recount-election/ZQmy0Mlv

Thanks, truly,as I saw your posted link, as I signed the petition already, and it is very easy. They have gotten way over 14,000 signatures in two days.

Even though we have the Eric Holders to go through, we need to put the pressure on Congress now if we are going to take action.

    It is very easy

    First make an account
    as they request
    Your name and email address

Then they’ll send you a passcode to your email

I made sure I just copied it, and then opened the site again and pasted the passcode #’s they sent to me

Then you go back and sign the petition

Remember you have to have an account first and use their designated pass code

I also took a picture of the:
    “Thank you message”
use your [Ctrl + print screen keys together]

click on: file/open/in a Word doc page or other file and paste and ‘save as’

Gladly, Phil! Here’s Ron Paul’s ststement, to Chris Matthews on the April 19th edition of “Hardball”:
“Is there something to it [the so-called “birther” issue], based on what you have heard?” MSNBC host Chris Matthews asked the fiscal conservative Paul on April 19. “Is there any question that our president isn’t legitimate?”

“From my viewpoint, obviously not, because I never bring it up,” Paul replied. “So I’m going to leave it to talk show hosts and to Donald Trump, and let you guys argue it out.”

And here’s Rand Paul’s,as quoted in “The Hill”:
“I’ve come to New Hampshire today because I’m very concerned,” said Paul, according to The New York Times. “I want to see the original long-form certificate of Donald Trump’s Republican registration.”

Any questions? BTW, these are facts – you say you know waht those are, but your actions indicate otherwise.
