    Isn’t this a good thing? He’s the one that gave you a trial date back in 2009 and was not afraid of standing up against the regime.

    no, this is the worst thing, it was a show
    he misrepresented the case before and will misrepresent it now and will kill it
    I need to ask for another judge and you obots know it

    Judge Carter, if you look at FEC records, was a big donor to Obama’s campaign. Is that a ground for disqualifying him?

    where are the records?
    also, there are other reasons, but I don’t know if we can find one honest judge, this is like Nazi Germany or Soviet Union. All the judges are like zombies following the same marching orders.

    Judge Carter was appointed by Bill Clinton who supports Obama and, therefore, has a clear conflict of interest. He also has made it clear that it is not within the constitutional power of the federal courts to rule on the eligibility of a president so he has, in effect, already prejudged your case. Finally, he has personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts because you have already submitted evidence to him and he acted in a treasonous manner by not acting on it.

    I wonder if the same Law Clerk Carter hired from Obamas’ Law Firm in Seattle is still working for him. Yea he’s the one that came back to court for the 2nd hearing and excoriated Dr Taitz. That was way back when the Regime officially took note of the fact that Dr Taitz was onto Hussein and his felonious crimes.
