   If in fact that this did happen, isn’t there any kind of PUBLIC RECORD showing the Complaint that Sheriff Apraio tried to file with DA, or was the DA just able to toss this Complaint in the trash can, and just go on doing more important thing than saving our Nation and it Sacred Constitution?

   You would think that Sheriff Apraio would tell the Public what the DA did, or maybe there is an Arizona law that prohibits Sheriff Apraio from saying anything.

   Speaking of things like plagarism: On the Power Hour they have a good copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. On down the page are more and clearer copies of the information.

   Maricopa county Attorney office (602) 506-3411. Bill Montgomery should be able to answer this question. Maricopa county residents should be the ones leading the charge here. An illegal has been placed on their ballot after a very professional and complete investigation by Maricopa county’s highest ranking law enforcement officer.

Like the FBI, USSS and other badge carrying people Sheriff can fill out the Federal Form AO-91, take his badge and form to any Judge, Magistrate State or Federal and Following Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure SHERIFF ARPAIO ALONE can file a Criminal Complaint with the Judge or Magistrate, Have Court WITNESS SHERIFF ARPAIO signing the document in his presence, Judge or Magistrate then SIGNS Criminal Complaint and Judge or Magistrate ISSUES ARREST WARRANT for person(s) named in Federal Criminal Complaint. NO AG NEEDED ! Check it out and wonder WHY no badge carrying State or Federal, Military or non military Law Enforcement Officer has filed a Criminal Complaint.    something smells here… did he sell the public out? is he still begging for more money?

    Hmmm…well, if Arpaio actually did follow through and file papers with the Maricopa D.A., then, I’m wondering why he hasn’t just sent you an email and given you this bit of info, so you would know that he, indeed, did make an effort to try to solve this Crisis? So…who knows? This may just be an effort to keep you from digging further into what he actually has done to follow the law?

    Some weeks ago, a letter from the county DA was published saying that the crimes of forgery were not committed in Maricopa Cty so he had no basis to pursue a criminal charge.You would think that voter fraud did take place in Maricopa Cty and this hopefully is being pursued by the voters with the Cty DA.

    For Information the Federal Form AO 442 is the Arrest Warrant signed by a Judge or Magistrate keeping in mind ANY JUDGE STATE OR FEDERAL can issue the Arrest Warrant.     KIT, i think i can tell you why he is doing wha he is doing… we all know he has ties to WND, and for some reason, farah has not given dr taitz the time of day..

    i havent seen one post there where he contratulated her, or mentions her court dates or did anyting to help her

    they are glory hounds and want all the glory if anything is done to obama.. this sherrif is supposed to be on our side..

    i also beliee he may have used his info to maybe bribe the justice dept into dropping its cases against him

    whatever the case he either owes people an explanation or send them their money back..
