Which case? Mr. Jerome Corsi presented it in this current round of eligibility challenges in GA, and elsewhere.
It’s not like it’s not being used.
As for signing another one, it costs about three hundred bucks, which I don’t have. As a adjunct college instructor I earn 10K a year.

If this is a true statement, if indeed you as an employee of the registrar in HI found out that  just go to the notary and sign and notarize another copy, so I can submit it courts. What good is it for the document to seat in the draw of legal counsel of WND instead of being in front of judges hearing the case? This makes absolutely no sense.

Your testimony is actually pretty big news! In the likely event that WND’s legal department won’t relinquish the original, would there be any other way to obtain another certified copy? I certainly don’t wish to impose on you. Would you be willing to sign an identical document if I were to drive to Bowling Green and pay all related costs (notary, etc.)?

While they have it, I can attest that the document does exist, it was written up by myself and WNDs’ legal department, sent to me, I read the document for accuracy, had it notarized and signed it, and then returned it to the attorneys’ office for filing. I have received no compensation or other types of payment from WND for any of my activities.

Tim and Steve,
Jerome Corsi never presented the affidavit of Tim Adams in any case.
As a matter of fact, I was the attorney, who provided the evidence and brought witnesses to court in GA. I e-mailed Jerome Corsi and Joseph Farah ( I should have a copy of the e-mail) and I asked if they have any information that they will be able and willing to provide to the court. They never even responded and never provided any information.
Affidavit of Tim Adams was never provided in any court, just as testimony of sheriff Arpaio was never provided to any court, as Arpaio refused to testify.
In  regards to the fee, it costs only $10 to notarize one’s signature. I am sure Steve can take you to the notary public, pay for the notary public and send your notarized affidavit to me asap. I am planning to submit documents to several courts in MS, GA Supreme Court, IN and so on. This is important. I am appalled and disgusted by the fact that Jerome Corsi and Joseph Farah had this affidavit all along and did not provide it, did not forward it to me to submit to the judges.
This is a national emergency. People, who claim that they are in this fight, should cooperate and not hide evidence, this is bordering to obstruction of justice in a case dealing with treason against the United States of America.

    You should subpoena WND for the affadavit.

    The inability to get a copy of this affidavit from Tim Adams is very confusing to me. The issue seems dead simple.

    There is no reason to approach WND to get the affidavit. Whatever WND did, or didn’t do, with their copy is their business. Mr Adams is the source of the statement, not WND. He can simply provide the same statement again.

    So all that needs to be done is that someone types up another affidavit, exact same text. Then Mr Adams signs it before a notary. There is no harm, and very little cost, in notarizing his statement again.

    You are welcome to approach him as well, however WND has plenty of resources to make a certified copy and send it to me to use in court. What exactly is their problem? Why wouldn’t they help? After all it would cost them only $10 to notarize a copy

    WND doesn’t want this over. When you look at their articles concerning Obama’s eligibility they get hundreds of comments whereas they’ll get 10 or so comments on any other political news. It’s a cash cow for WND. On top of that, they’re very cowardly — they are careful to always use weasel words that won’t get them in any hot water.

    That said you should subpoena this Adams fellow.

    Something is smelling to high heaven. Corsi seems show up in time to make a splash and then grab some cash. If there is nothing in it for him he is silent. I don’t know why Sheriff Joe let him be at the news conference. He tainted the whole thing by selling that ebook afterwards. Now it looks like he and WND is intentionally milking this. If they help bring this to an end they will need to find another cash cow of a story. Sad you will need to issue a subpoena for this evidence.

    You should recommend he check with his bank. Many of them offer free notary services.
