Why didn’t Arpaio file a report and a criminal complaint wth the DA and AG in regards to Obama bein on the ballot illegally, using a forged BC?

+ + + Dear Larry, The question is not “Will Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Possee be submitting a ‘Criminal Complaint’ to Maricopa County District Attorney Bill Montgomery and Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne regarding its findings as per its investigation of Barack Obama., his Birth Certificate, etc., as described at the Cold Case Possee Press Release/News Internet Presentation?” but “Why they haven’t done that already?”. Isn’t it their AZ constitutional duty? You are absolutely right that “It is very important to move the investigation findings of the Cold Case Possee into the archives of Legal Recordation as then all sworn affidational information becomes foundational in reference for the legal pursuits of others in regard to this subject matter”, but again: Why they haven’t done that already? Isn’t it their AZ constitutional duty? Or is the people watching a screen play again? Respectfully Mark |

Dr. Taitz:
CBS has broadcasted a fair report on Fraud Gate. Youtube currently shows a half million people viewed it.

Six (6) month investigation and still nothing of real substance has been done about the usurper in the White House. Sheriff Joe should have submitted his case to the DA and the AG the second the press conference was over. For that matter, he should have presented his case to the DA and the AG weeks before the press conference. Well, maybe he’s not SERIOUS about what he’s saying. TIME IS RUNNING OUT, Joe.
DO IT NOW!!!!!

he does not need to find the forger and convict him. From the point of view of Obama using a forged BC and not having a valid BC, theinvestigation is complete

If Sheriff Joe doesn’t procede is all you have is a preliminary investigation and no proof of wrongdoing. Can you cite an investigation-only as proof of anything?
I find Sheriff Joe’s refusal to co-operate in Georgia, and now refusing to give you an affadavit to be very disturbing. He appears to be in bed with WND and just wants the publicity and giving you no credit for all you’re hard work.
I smell a rat!

Little Cat’s Feet is correct, and a cat can smell a rat!
I suspect that Arpaio’s refusal to honor your subpoena, and now his refusal to forward his report to the prosecuting authorities, proves another con job.
Trump did it with his phony April 2011 “investigation” — which he has STILL refused to release. Why?
Now Arpaio releases his “investigation” — and refuses to do anything constructive with it. Why?
The answers are to be found in dark places, inside dark minds plotting against the Republic.
Has silence been purchased? Is there political blackmail afoot? Dark places, Dark minds.

I really believe that sheriff Joe is a good man in his heart. We simply need to put pressure for him to file an official report

Dear Orly: a good man must be so in his heart, AND in the execution of his duties.
Mr Arpaio may the one, but there is no sign that he is the other.
Good men do the right thing without being instructed or pressured to do so.
Did anyone instruct you? Of course not. You knew to do the right thing from the beginning.
Arpaio shouldn’t need to be told, or even asked, to do the right thing. This is very worrisome.

Maybe Joe is holding out waiting to see if AZ gets a permit to build a couple of nuclear power generators as was the case in GA

I really hope this is not the case
We need one honest sheriff in this country, we need one honest judge
I hope not everybody is corrupt and dirty

Ms Taitz
You can almost bet your husband and children on the fact that anyone in high places is communist.

Sheriff Joe has more law and law enforcement experience that anyone can imagine–He even was around the fringes of Watergate. Joe is a deliberative and suspecious law enforcement official and the next move he makes will be the one that he feel is the correct move and has the best chance of success, be it congress, the state AJ, DOJ or even a external organization such as InterPool or some other organization he can trust—“normally the exposure to the media would have been sufficient” but sadly, unless some news organization is working under cover to bust it wide open and make major bucks, Sheriff Joe, Orly and a very few other attorneys are the only ones that are leading the truth squad. Putting pressure on Sheriff Joe is not something that should be done–he has his end under control and will produce results if he can locate a trustful organization or person to place his case. Remember he is a law enforcement man to the bone.
