   Dr. Orly,
   You should investigate statutes involving the use of Hawaii government documents. Obama has been issued an official and legal state protected document. (That’s what Hawaii claims.) Obama has taken that document and has used that document for malicious and nefarious purposes. Hawaii is well aware of these activities and has taken no steps to protect full faith and credit their documents deserve. In addition, Obama’s use of the document is contrary to purpose and intent of HRS 338-18 which Obama received the document under that statute. If Hawaii wants to disown the birth certificate Obama released, then Hawaii would have to stipulate that what Obama released is a forgery.

   John – You are, so correct. Obama has used the birth certificate, issued to him, by Hawaii, and used it to prove, his identity.

   An outrage! How are he do so!

   That’s not, what the birth certificate was intended to do.

   Go get ’em, John. Your legal logic, is impeccable.

   @ John… what part of the BC is his to do with as he wishes, just as yours or mine is, and that HI has no nor can they exercise any control over that, nor could any other state, as was mentioned here in another posting a day or two ago and Orly agreed was the case, do you not get?

   If you were from HI, and obtained a copy of your BC, you could plaster your walls with copies, put it in full-page newspaper ads, send them to your friends as Christmas cards, or whatever, and HI has no control over that.

   That still does not alter the fact that that behavior does not authorize HI to release their vital records to anyone who does not meet the criteria for said release under HI law.

   HI’s laws are to protect the records in their possession from unlawful release. Once they’re released (lawfully) it’s none of their business what’s done with them.

   Obama is a fraud.And these obots know it. BUT they have to keep the lie going to protect them from the law when all is said and done and obama and this gov is exposed. The American people will take this country back. The 20% that is stuck on stupid aka the obots. Will end up in jail. Fema camps. TOLD to leave country or striped of their rights to vote. People must be made to sign a pledge to the constitution & Declaration of independence, Show ID. THEN you can VOTE. Obama and this gov is the last straw. People will not put up with this much longer. Everyone knows obamas life is a LIE and both sides of this gov put him in power. We will have to wipe the slate clean of politicians in every city town state and federal gov to weed out all the scum that has destroyed what America should have been all along. FREE from power hungry Idiots.
