California Lawyer Determined to Get to the Bottom of Obama ‘Fraud-gate’; She is In Hawaii to Examine President’s Birth Certificate

BY MALIA ZIMMERMAN – Dr. Orly Taitz, a California lawyer originally from the Soviet Union, is heading up a campaign to examine President Barack Obama’s original long form birth certificate.

After serving the state 33 days ago with a demand to produce the document, Taitz brought two experts to the state Department of Health on Monday. She said they hoped to get a closer look at the document to determine whether the birth certificate is a “cheap forgery” as she and her experts allege. She calls it “Obama Fraud-gate” – a take off on Watergate.

However, her request was denied. “As you know, Hawaii law does not allow the department to release birth records to anyone that does not have a tangible interest in the record,” said Janice Okubo, spokesperson for the state Department of Health.

Joshua Wisch, Special Assistant to the Attorney General, also presented a letter to Taitz from Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine that denied her request. “You are seeking disclosure of privileged or other protected matter, and there is no exception that applies to allow disclosure to you,” it reads.

“This is a joke because he (the president) already has posted the long form birth certificate on the web site, whitehouse.gov. Privacy is irrelevant,” Taitz said.

Not surprised by the state’s denial, she had a back up plan. She headed over to  U.S. District Court where she hopes she can use federal muscle to force the state to compel the document at her September 14, 10 a.m. hearing.

“We want to check the authenticity – it (the birth certificate) could not be from 1961,” Taitz said. “The certificate had different fonts, different ink, and some computer graphics.”

Taitz, who runs Defend our Freedoms Foundation, organization that attempts to solicit Obama’s personal documents including his marriage certificate, social security card and birth certificate, said she current is managing four legal cases to view these original documents.

She started looking into presidential candidates’ personal documents in 2008 when there was a question as to whether Sen. John McCain, R-AZ, could qualify for president because he was born in overseas on a military base when his father was in the service. Then information started to come out on Obama, she said. 

“I have in front of me affidavits that say the birth certificate is a cheap forgery. If this can be done to the whole nation, this fraud, we have so much corruption in the government, and no one is doing anything about it,” Taitz said.   “I was born in the Soviet Union under a totalitarian regime and people did not have a way to address grievinces. I am married with three children and I don’t want to live in a place like the Soviet Union where nothing is done about corruption. We are losing our freedom.”

    Unbelievable, an American citizen does not have a tangible interest in the birthplace of the man sitting in the oval office? These people are insane.

    Great victory for you Orly. With the HI judge giving you a court order for the DOH to show cause, you now have “Standing” in this case and you can legally ask “Show me the birth certificate that the President posted on the White House website.”

    Obama Must Be Removed.
    He is too dangerous to leave in power. Above all, it’s vital to stick to the Constitution and to do this lawfully and peacefully. In fact, this is an excellent chance to prove the power and flexibility of the Constitution. It was mainly written to defend the USA against crazy leaders.

    Thank you for standing up for America and its Citizens,Congress should be ashamed he got this far, hopefully with your help he and his czars will be gone soon and those who covered for him. Anyone running for POTUS should have background check by FBI just as anyone trying to be a cub scout leader has to, insane!

    God be with you Orly. Please stay safe. Obama is surely a total fraud. with the trifecta of federal crimes…SS#, B.C., draft registration…etc, how the hell does any of our Senators or Representatives even consider a bill that needs needs signing by a fraudelent
    POTUS? Seems like both sides of the “ISLE” are really in cahoots to sweep this constitutional crises under the rug. So far, our Judiciary has joined hands with Obama on his eligibility & that scares the hell out of me!

    As usual, stonewalling. That is the technique this administration uses- Look at “Fast and Furious’- the hold on Drilling by this administration- Boeing wanting to move but threatened by the NLRB. Darrell Issa has threatened for them to provide documents but all they do is refuse to comply- Look at Fox: Hannity, Beck, Rush Limbaugh REFUSES to discuss it. With what this person sitting in the White House has already done, why is is so hard to believe he could have fradulent documents. If it were not for Orly’s website, I would not hear ANYTHING about her fight. This is major! If his person is proven to be illegally sitting in the White House, there would be an end to the nightmare. Of course, lots of people will be pulled in for them allowing this to occur, but they need to go to.

    Orly standing for truth is ALWAYS preferred. Truth is nearly extinct in DC. From the liar-in-chief on down the fraud has many complicit CONgress, staff, and officials wanting the exposure to go away. IT WILL NOT GO AWAY!

    Standing for righteousness, is, always has been the highest calling for one to engage in. Pay zero attention to the Slapinsky’s of immoral self grasp-ers. To expend the energy, funds, and legal where withal to right a wrong (against an entire country)is in fact a heroine act. WE STAND WITH YOU! VOICE, ACTIONS, DONATIONS,etc.

    It is sad that the CONgress will not exercise the moral testosterone to end this charade of puppet actor barry soetero as putative POTUS.

    A total disgrace to all of them. Especially when some profess faith in God and integrity in office. “The only thing that allows evil to prevail is when good men do NOTHING”.
