What are the other remedies against abusive Federal government? 5 minute sovereignty and a new federal government
Posted on | December 5, 2010 | 7 Comments
According to U.S. constitution, if 34 states declare sovereignty, current union ceases to exist and a 5 minutes later a new union can be formed. What is the benefit? you do away with the current abusive Federal administration, you do away with the corruption in federal judiciary and you do away with corrupted black box voting and the 14 trillion dollars of foreign debt and 300 trillion of unfunded obligations, as those were created by the old union, which does not exist anymore. New Union means new federal government, new Judiciary, clean slate. Can we have a constitutional convention next year and see this happening? You might be surprised to hear that the answer is yes. Wait till January to see the changes. So, if current administration, Congress and federal Judiciary do not clean up their act, they might find themselves unemployed sooner than they ever thought.

A few states tried that in 1861. It didn’t work out so well.

Though clearly slavery had to be abolished, do you believe that ensuing occupation of the South was constitutional? Do you believe that martial law was constitutional?
I have a few examples for you from modern times; when Hungary and Chechoslovakia tried to assert their sovereignty. I remember as a kid seeing a column of tanks rolling towards the border. I remember seeing the horror in people’s eyes. you have to live through it to understand. What is your first name anyways? That would not give up your identity, but it simply easier to converse with a person, who has a name and not something weird like Politijabber.

-Yes, but this time the slaves have the guns and their forces are 300 million strong versus the 1.5 million of the elite slave-masters, many of whom would join with the slaves in their rebellion, anyway.

LOL Orly, I love your last line, still laughing from it.
Politijabber, the 1961 event was an entirely different ball game, whether you know it or not. Secession did not develop into a significant issue. Also, if we are kind to the South, we will accept the meager excuse that the south was suffering from economic woes. Lucky for us, no matter where we are from, that we had a president of profound knowlege obtained from studies which our students could not begin to do today. So, unless you have something of significance, don’t waste the space here. OK?
Orly, let me change the subject slightly LOL. No volunteers have come forward to serve in our “Sheriff method of expulsion”, so will your web site experts try to find your posting of those addresses, etc.? I would be most grateful. As you can tell, I am not giving up. I have already composed a letter which will go through quite a few edits. Thanks, Orly

Any sense which 34 states are going to be declaring secession in January? Knowing whether my state is going to leave the United States would make it easier to decide whether to put my house on the market now or wait and sell it later to a carpetbagger.

I didn’t say that the state will declare sovereignty in January. If you want the list, look at the individual state codes under sovereignty statutes. you are such an expert, it wouldn’t take you too long

Yeah, Orly;…”politi-commie” wants to have “inside” info, so he can make another killing, financially! These types of people have a very different god! That is a “god of greed!” And these types of people will pay a very severe price, someday!
And I will do my part to make contact with those in state/national legislatures, to begin to take up “real reform” after Jan. 1st! And we have some good people now in positions who can be of service to America!
