Follow up and Correction to 10.04.10 FOIA Request

Dear Ms. Wiggins

I received information that there was a revision of form SS-5 in 1955. I believe blurred documents for 535-40-8522 and 539-38-1493 could have been applications on form Revision 7/55. If that is the case, please disregard part of my FOIA request, dealing with these two numbers, and please review the rest of the request.

    There was not a form revision in 1955. The Dunham form CLEARLY says 7/65. If there was a revision in 1955, then the 1956 form would not look like the 1953 form. Go to :

    You will see the 1956 and 1953 form are EXACTLY the same. You will also see that it CLEARLY says 7/65 on the Dunham form. That is DEFINITELY a 6, not a blurred 5.
