   Problem is YOU have yet to prove Obama IS illegal or has committed fraud in a court of law. Until then, he is legally the president. As a constitutional lawyer, you should be well aware that an individual is innocent until proven in a court of law.

   I don’t have a problem proving that Obama is illegitimate, I have a problem with massive corruption, when no judge will assume jurisdiction to hear the case. As a Constitutional attorney I know that it is a tyranny, not Constitutional Republic

   I am a Birther and believe that Obama should be removed from the White House. But I don’t think this has a chance in hell of happening until the Republicans/Conservatives take over the House and the Senate. Then and only then do we have a chance of making this happen.

   McChrystal actually voted for Barkie. That in and of itself makes me question his judgement! In any event, just because he publicly ridiculed the entire civilian “leadership” doesn’t mean that he’d be amenable to pursuing an action against Obama.

   My take on this is that he knew exactly what he was doing. You don’t get to be a 3 or 4 star General without some kind of common sense. I figure he just wanted out of a politically ordered ‘no win’ situation and subtlety didn’t work. Ergo, hit ’em with hammers.

   Gen. McChrystal is one more general who’s sorry he voted for Obama. I doubt he will want to see Obama reelected.
   McChrystal might even run for the U.S. Senate where his jokes would truly be appreciated, of course by the public, not the usurper at the White House.

   You ‘say’ you don’t have any problem proving Obama is illegitimate. Hmmmm. And all of the judges are corrupt. Well, it looks like you’ll be claiming this all the way until 2016.

   YOU don’t have any proof. Just as Judge Land wrote in his ruling regarding sanctions. Unlike Alice in Wonderland, simply saying something doesn’t make it so. Judge Lamberth doesn’t want to go ’tilting windmills’ with you and then even points you to Black’s Law so you will learn a little bit about evidence – something you apparently never learned at Taft Skool of Fools.

   Just wait until the US Marshals come to collect on those sanctions Judge Land imposed. Reality is going to come down on you and down on you HARD. Either you pay or they will take it from you. You are one stupid bitch to think you can undo an election. It was We the People who voted for Obama and you can not go against the will of the people.

   I wish they still did burn witches at the stake. It would be nice to see you led to a public area, tied to one and then burned over a basket of black cats – though I would definitely feel bad for the cats.

   McChrystal is a good soldier but voted for dunham. Anyone with a brain knew of dunham’s commie background etc…this article says he is a liberal..

   A first I was angry about this news , then , after I looked @ some pics posted on yahoo that showed Obama & McChrystal in the Oval Office with a caption explaining how “OBAMA” was terminating McChrystal of his position , the picture made it look like “OBAMA” was a good foot taller than McChrystal and it also made him look about 75 lbs heavier , it made McChrystal look like a wimp !! I am starting to think this whole scene is a Political Play to make “OBAMA” look like he is in control , This guy needs to go , America needs “OBAMA” to stand trial for Treason against the U.S.A.

    Simply Amazing !! This is concrete Proof that it takes very little Education to understand how to use a computer , just look @ this person that goes by the name un_taitz@yahoo.com, now this person obviously has learned how to use a computer , it is also obvious this person has very little logic available to use ( ie ) having a hard time thinking , Now the 14th amendment states that “OBAMA” may be a Native Citizen ( If he was born in Hawaii ) but not a Natural born Citizen , because he did not have Two parents that did not owe foriegn alliegence to any other country, so it is very obvious “OBAMA” is not the Legal President , but it is more obvious that the person that goes by the name un_taitz@yahoo.com is having a very hard time understanding much of anything !!!!

    As it stands now, there are only two types of citizens. Native/natural born, and naturalized. Until a ruling creates another, the two parent stuff and similar things just do not apply. It does not matter what various individuals believe that the constitution is implying, it only matters what is clearly stated, or what supreme court cases have concluded in areas that are open to interpretation.

    Regardless of what anyone believes about Obama being illegitimate for the office, he was elected. The only means in the Constitution for removing a sitting President is through Congress. It does not matter how he came to be sworn in, once this happened there are only two methods of removing someone. Impeachment or their resignation.

    Those databases that the SSN info came from state upfront that the information is not guaranteed to be accurate, and that it is not to be construed as legal evidence. Those databases mix me up quite frequently with two other women in my state, neither of whom is anywhere near me in age, neither of whom have ever resided in the same city as I, and neither of whom have any known relatives in common with me or each other.

    I am waiting for the other shoe to drop…This McChystal thing smells like it has been staged all the way…Nothing Happens in any of the media without approval from the Powers that be… B.O. and it’s Conspirators leave nothing to chance
