URGENT PLEA FOR COURTROOM AND ELECTIONS OBSERVERS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DUE TO INTENSIFICATION OF LAWLESSNESS, LACK OF FREE PRESS AND PERSECUTIONS OF DISSIDENTS BY THE CRIMINAL REGIME OF ILLEGAL USURPER BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA

 

Dear Mr. Castillo,

As a member of the International Criminal Bar I am saddened to report on intensification of complete lawlessness, complete lack of free press, unprecedented level of corruption in the high positions of power and in courts and persecutions and hounding of dissidents as myself. Many courts in the United States are becoming a complete sham.

Today the United States of America are ruled by a completely illegitimate usurper Barack Hussein Obama. In multiple courts I presented irrefutable evidence: documents, sworn witness (see attached below) testimony showing that Barack Obama is using a Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him, as well as a crude computer generated forgery that he posted on the Internet, claiming it to be a  copy of his valid 1961 original birth certificate. He is using a forged selective service certificate and a  last name, which is not even legally his. Until now judges claimed that nobody had standing to challenge Obama.

On January 26 a first case was heard on the merits. Evidence showed that Barack Obama does not possess any valid identification papers. Judge Michael Malihi simply ignored all the evidence and allowed Obama on the ballot, even though Obama did not provide any evidence to dispute evidence of fraud and forgery provided by me as an attorney for the plaintiffs. It is not clear, whether  judge Malihi was bribed or intimidated or blackmailed with some information about him or got some other consideration, but in spite of the fact that the burden of proof was on Obama to show his eligibility, and Obama not providing any valid identification papers, the judge ruled in his favor. Currently I have cases in Mississippi and Indiana. Next case is coming tomorrow, June 12, 2012, 1:30 pm in the Superior Court of Indianapolis, Indiana, Judge Reid. I am concerned that there will be an undue pressure on judge Reid as well, and ask for one of the members of the International Criminal Bar panel, who is located in the US or in one of North American or Central American countries  to be in the courtroom as an observer.

We have an unprecedented usurpation of the US Presidency by an individual of an unknown origin and allegiance and corrupt governmental officials, corrupt judges and corrupt party bosses of both ruling parties being criminally complicit.

Recently I ran in the senatorial elections and observed an unprecedented irregularities in the elections process. One day before the elections, polling showed me in the top 2 advancing to the general elections with 11% of the vote. A day later it was announced that I had only 3.2% of the vote and will end 4th or 5th among 24 candidates. Numerical swings were far outside of the margin of error of polls. Most of our elections hardware and software is controlled by foreign corporations. US citizens are denied access to the programming of this software, which can be rigged any way you like. Expert opinion, mountain of evidence of vulnerability of the electronic voting machines is ignored by corrupt judges. All evidence of elections fraud is ignored.  Individuals are allowed to vote without any verification of their identity. For all we know, we have millions of illegal aliens and illegal voters on voter rolls. Known arbitrageur George Soros, who triggered the fall of currencies in England, Russia, South  Eastern Asia, and who is a  convicted felon  in France, formed a subversive group “Project secretaries of state”, whereby members of this group completely dismantled lawful elections in the US by claiming that checking identification of voters, somehow disenfranchises them, so the voter rolls became one big joke, a complete sham.

Assistance of the members of the International Criminal Bar panel is desperately needed in manual count, verification of eligibility of voters, analysis of validity of the elections software and most importantly transfer to paper ballots and transparent to open ballot count by the voters. Without these measures and oversight of courts, US will continue descending into the depth of lawlessness and dictatorial regime.

Additionally, we are in dire need of assistance from International community due to persecutions of dissidents against Obama regime. Army officer LT Col. Lakin was imprisoned for questioning legitimacy of Obama to the US Presidency due to Obama’s use of forged identification papers and a stolen Social Security number. I was attacked and persecuted by the governmental officials, some judges and regime mouth piece lap dog media. As with any dictatorial regime, citizens need international community and international legal community to bring back democracy, rule of law, free press and free elections.

    Bravo Orly. All patriots should know by now if it hadn’t been for your work they would still be in the dark like mushrooms being fed a lot of manure.
