Birthplace attorney renews fight against Obama

Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz is challenging the latest dismissal of a lawsuit challenging the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency, filing a metaphor-filled motion for reconsideration and asking for a special prosecutor to go after Obama.
Taitz, who is running for California secretary of state, alleges that Obama is not a natural-born citizen. She saw one her several suits thrown out April 14 by U.S. Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth. But Monday and today she has filed motions asking Lambert to take a second look. She also compares herself to Susan B. Anthony, Golda Meir, Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan.
In his ruling, Lamberth wrote, “This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution.”
In her latest filing, Taitz asks Lamberth to request Attorney General Eric Holder to seek appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate Obama for “multiple acts of social security fraud, perjury, identity theft, fraud and other possible felonies.” Read her filing.
Taitz goes on to reply to Lamberth’s characterization of her effort, saying “some events considered quixotic at a time, were correct, just and successful in the long run.”
She lists Anthony’s fight for women’s right to vote and Meir’s quest to build a Jewish state.
“When Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan set on the quest to defeat the Communist soviet Union, many considered them as Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, yet they succeeded,” she writes.
“Today it might seem an impossible quest, but Taitz is fighting to make sure that the Constitution of the United States of America does not turn into a Dulcinea, who is never rescued by her Prince in Shining Armor.”
(Don Quixote” is one of a handful of books I’ve read entirely in Spanish, and so I find some satisfaction in Taitz’s familiarity with Cervantes’ tome.)

This is typical of OC trash, it is full of inaccuracies and clearly show the “writer” is not interested in reporting truth.
This article is full of ad hominem arguments, subjective value judgements passed off as fact.
It is also full of a bovine waste product, the first half of which is “Bull”, the second half sounds like mitt.

Rush Limbaugh had this to say today about Obama’s opposition to the AZ immigration law: “I can understand Obama being touchy on the subject of producing your papers. Maybe he’s afraid somebody’s going to ask him for his!”

I think Pastor Manning is a patriot and I respect pastor Manning, however what he is doing is not a real trial. It is not done in the court of law. It is a gathering in his church. It is only a political statement. I know that he said that he issued subpoenas, but these are not real subpoenas and of course we all know that none of the officials will show up. It is important for people to understand that this is not a real trial.

Dr Orly Taitz : Pastor Manning may be having ( His own type of Trial ) but , what about this one : Attorneys for former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich submitted a motion to the court on April 22, 2010 to issue a subpoena (ad testificandum) to obtain Barack Obama’s testimony at his corruption trial scheduled to begin in June .
