    I read on the Net today that SCOTUS will take
    up the case of Noonan et al v. Bowman on 15
    February. I understood the article to mean
    that a hearing to review the evidence backing
    up the allegations will take place with all
    9 Justices attending. The hearing will also
    include reviewing evidence of 1.5 million
    ineligible registered voters in Calif.
    I can only hope the report is true. Everything I have read regarding all the investigations over the past 4 years, and
    seeing some of the evidence displayed on the
    Net makes me feel very hopeful this time.
    You have done this country a service working
    so tirelessly to right this monstrous wrong
    of having an ineligible person sitting in the
    White House. As an American I thank you from
    the bottom of my heart.

    Texas is the second state to propose a measure to shield the state from the impact of any gun possession restrictions imposed by Congress or by Presidential order. A similar measure was introduced in Wyoming last week.
