    What the Georgia judge CAN do is rule that without that appearance Barack Obama will not appear on the Georgia ballot. Without judicial objectivity ruling that Barack Obama IS elligible, he is not elligible.
    While it MAY be true that the Georgia State Judge has no jurisdiction to issue a binding subpoena to Barack Obama [in other words, the judge cannot cause the citizen of another state to appear. I am no lawyer, but that seems reasonable], the Judge does have power over the local ballot of the State of Georgia.

    I found the way, I served his attorney in Atlanta. I even made jokes, that unless Atlanta recently seceded from the state of GA, he is properly served, subpoena is valid
