Phil Berg did not even seem to understand that a “Native Citizen” & a ” Natural Born Citizen ” were not the same , this is the same manipulative way that the Obama camp try,s to fool the masses , in short anybody regardless of parental residency status ( Legal or illegal aliens ) born on U.S. soil is a U.S. native , but only those born on U.S. soil to parents not owing foriegn alliegence to any other country are Natural Born Citizens , so you see @ most Obama is a U.S. native as his Dad was/is a british subject , Obama in not a ” Natural Born Citizen “ |
Col. Hollister, plaintiff in Hollister v Soetoro fired Phil Berg and refused to allow Berg to file any Amicus Briefs in his case. The only client Berg has is himself, trying to appeal after being denied appeal |

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
One little word… “or”… tells us that there is a difference between citizen and natural born citizen. It’s that simple. 2 letters 1 word sums up the whole argument.
