    It seems very clear from the videos. He was lawfully carrying a concealed weapon. He was pushed to the ground by several agents. They removed the gun. And then he was shot ten times.

    And of course, he was shot in the back while pinned down. The agent is lucky that Minnesota doesn’t have the death penalty
