Countries Dumping ‘Killers, Leeches, and Entitlement Junkies’ in U.S.
A “full travel ban” from countries “flooding our nation with killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies” was flagged Monday by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem during a meeting with President Donald Trump.

You can’t call him ignorant, he has too much education for that. Then what? Corrupt.
The Supremacy Clause is found in Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. It establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made under it, and treaties made under U.S. authority are the “supreme Law of the Land.” This means they take precedence over any conflicting state laws.
The DOJ needs to charge him under RICO and insurrection and violation of his constitutional oath!

Sorry Taino, but it does not mean anything. Trump can issue new Executive Orders but he cannot change retroactively the scope of Biden’s EOs. Nor can he revoke pardons, for any reason. As for the autopen, the Constitution does not define any process for these. And as Trump regularly has orders signed by autopen – including his pardon of 1600 J6 convicts – this isn’t a good direction for him to go. Especially as with some of his recent pardons, he says he doesn’t know anything about them.

the president can direct employees to use autopen, however autopen cannot be used without his input
