Dear Dr. Taitz,
Thank you for taking up this Cause. As a concerned American “Patriot” and “former Californian” who believes that our U.S. Constitution is the essential “Cornerstone” of what has made America great, since its inception; I am reminded that James Madison pointed out in Federalist #10:
“…A zeal for different opinions concerning religion, concerning government, and many other points, as well of speculation as of practice; an attachment to different leaders ambitiously contending for pre-eminence and power; or to persons of other descriptions whose fortunes have been interesting to the human passions, have, in turn, divided mankind into parties, inflamed them with mutual animosity, and rendered them much more disposed to vex and oppress each other than to co-operate for their common good….”
Our Constitution was created for the “Common Good” of Americans; if the contray, then why does every State Constitution cite “The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land.” as the governing factor for their own Constitution? The California Supreme Court must “UNDERSTAND” that your case is paramount in defending, not only your clients rights in their complaint, but America’s Common Good. If the Constitution is null and void, then there is nothing left but “Anarchy” as we have become a Country who simply bipasses Govening “Rule of Law”.
Dr Taitz, I pray, that this enclosed files, may become a welcome addition
