Subject: Mock trial
Mr. Russo,
Truth. Justice. The American Way. Ha! What a joke.
After hearing what transpired at the so called Obama ‘trial’ held on Thursday last, I am immeasurably distressed with the result and firmly believe that Judge Malihi should be removed from the bench.
He is a disgrace to the profession.
On my next birthday I will be 81. In all my years I can honestly say I have never heard of such a terrible decision rendered by a judge. With so much evidence, and eye witnesses testifying on behalf of the Plaintiff and absolutely nothing in favor of Obama, how could the judge made such a decision. And to make matters worse, Mr. Obama nor a representative of his did not not make an appearance. He constantly defies and turns his nose up at the Consitution and the American people.
Judge Malihi should not only be disbarred but should be put in prison.
Respectfully,
Robert R. Spillman

    Dear Ms. Taitz:
I am 69 years old and a retired US Army CID Special Agent. I was an investigator for 40 years and am shocked at Judge Malihi’s decision. His ruling was certainly an invention that mocked the “reasonable and prudent man” logic. I agree with those who would like to know more about the judge’s background and connections. Fight on!
    Respectfully submitted,
    Richard Thompson

To quote a good friend of mine:

“Lot could not find 10 honest men in all of Sodom, Orly can’t find one honest judge in all of America…you can figure out the rest.”

I hope for the country’s sake that eventually she does find an honest judge, and soon…before it’s too late.
