Orly, I am so excited about your July 13th court date! Parenthetically, it happens to be my birthday (29 again!). This would be the greatest birthday gift God could give me – to see you pinion this Traitor-in-Chief and save our country from this insanity. Proverbs 21:15 and 28 -5 say truth and justice are of concern to the righteous, but are a calamity to evildoers. You have been such a blessing in my lilfe and to this country. It is sad that so many foolish Americans have turned from God’s way and have allowed themselves to become blinded to truth and enjoy the company of liars. This country had a special mandate from God and was given so much by Him so we could acknowledge and share His blessings, but we sold our collective soul for a mess of pottage.
Thank you for being such a brave and strong woman. May God continue to bless and keep you close to Him.

Note: The recent motion and supporting brief for dismissal by the defendants
in the case has now moved it from the “continued stalling phase” by the
defendants which was being handled at the Magistrate Judge level, up to a higher level in the court system, i.e., to the full U.S. District Judge level assigned to
this case. He will make the decision on the motion to dismiss, not the Magistrate
Judge.
The U.S. District Judge assigned to this case is The Honorable Jerome B.
Simandle. Thus if anyone wants to write a letter or send a FAX to the Judge
in this case from this point on, regarding the defendants attempts to get a
dismissal without the merits being addressed, the correspondence should be
addressed to the U.S. District Judge, Jerome B. Simandle. He is basically at
the same address as Magistrate Judge Schneider. However, I will repeat it here
for the convenience of the readers. Be sure to reference in your writing or FAX
that it is in reference to the Kerchner v Obama & Congress case:

But remember though, the U.S. District Judge and/or the Magistrate Judge
were not asking for these letters. The first round came in spontaneously. Now, I
as the Lead Plaintiff am asking for more. 🙂 And, we were as surprised as
anyone when we saw those initial letters being put into the public record for the
case on the PACER system. We do not know if they will continue to put future
letters in the record. Either way still want letters sent to the Judge at this
critical standing decision making point in the case. At this point I wish to have
thousands of letters written to the Judge about the case and tell them how
“we the people” feel about the words in that motion to dismiss and the
supporting brief.
The chutzpah of those lawyers saying the defendants have “sovereign
immunity” on a Constitutional Matter such as this! This case is not about some simple misstatement or simple policy slip up or politics. This is a serious legal
matter. This is about violation of our Constitution. “We the people” are the
sovereigns! We created the Constitution and the LIMITED federal government.
It is now out of control. And as parts of the federal government, the President
and Congress are NOT Sovereign and above the laws and our Constitution, when it
comes to Constitutional matters. And we will be asking the court to so rule,
grant we Plaintiffs standing, and not dismiss the case.

You took an oath to secrecy. You also took an oath to look at the evidence and then make a decision AFTER looking at the evidence not before. What you said hurts the AGJ system.
Thank you for joining. It was the right thing to do. Try to get all your friends to join. You are a wonderful True Patriot. You are 1 in 1,000,000. There are about 305 million citizens of USA and about 305 members of AGJ. That makes your vote the equivalent of voting for 1,000,000 people. Your vote is incredibly powerful.

Good morning all. Have you seen eBay this morning? There is not only the listing from the same seller that had his/her other 4 auction taken down by eBay but a new seller that has a listing for copies of that auction taken down. He also is promoting Orly!!!!! And others. This is a great way to advertise for free. Millions of people use eBay every day, domestic and international. He/she is bringing attention to our cause and says he/she plans to donate his proceeds. We can help by letting others know about these auctions. The media needs to be notified so it gets out publicly. I will be contacting the seller that is promoting Orly and others and letting him/her know that we are going to help get the word out. If for nothing more than free advertisement, this should help.

If I were orly i would be afraid to give out any information, especially to first time visitors to this blog. I am still worried this court deal is a possible set up…. they know where she will be, what time etc. They could even look up her flight information and know what plane she will be on. I guees maybe I am being way too careful but Obama has many devious tricks up his sleeve. He will stoop to the lowest to get rid of someone or trash them. What a great president he is…..NOT! I just want orly and her family to be safe.

Here is the auction posted by the same seller that posted the other 4 before eBay took them down. He originally had the auction start at 1000.00 with the option to buy it now for 10 million dollars. Once a bid is placed, the buy it now option is removed. Hopefully it falls into the right hands and they are able to do some good with it. I know if I “came into” the certified Kenyan birth certificate I wouldn’t want money, I would only want Obozzo out of office. Period!!! Here is the link for the current auction.

Hi Orly,
I saw the above comment about the Kerchner case. Does this mean we have to wait even longer now to get an answer? When did this happen, and what about all those letters that people sent to Judge Schneider? I am worried and I don’t understand. What happened to Carl Swennson and Mack Ellis? Did they deliver the indictments? I spent time just now calling every one of the RINOS who voted for the cap and trade bill. I know it won’t help much but I had to do something. lIt’s been a tough day.
