Both Joe Miller (the one who was holding the document and certainly knows it’s a fake) and Brooks Jackson have statements on Factcheck claiming that they saw the COLB and it has the seal on it. Those are fraudulent claims and constitute document fraud. They need a visit from the cops.

Reply: You can’t say for sure, but you can file a police report with the Philadelphia police department and the FBI in Philadelphia and demand investigation
