Subject: U.S. Government to Remove Public’s Right to Grow Gardens!
Hey guys, just wanted to spread the news that the U.S. Govt. has submitted a bill to congress that would prevent you from growing a garden in your backyard. Yes, it sounds ludicrous, but the frightening thing is that this bill already has 40 members of congress supporting it. I encourage all my fellow vegetarians to …familiarize themselves with this remarkable intrusion on our rights by joining this group and spreading the word.

Sarah Palin settles ethics complaint of legal defense fund, but in the investigation, Obama commies tried to plant his personal lawyer firm..
…from Meg Stapleton letter…
The Personnel Board initially appointed an “independent” investigator. That investigator, we later learned, had connections with, and was associated with President Obama. The Personnel Board had hired President Obama’s personal law firm as an “independent” investigator to review whether a fund created to raise money to eliminate a debt incurred as a result of Governor Palin’s opposition to President Obama was appropriate. We objected to both the illegal leak and the blatant political influence, and a new investigator was appointed.

…here’s where it comes together. Even though under Alaskan law it is unlawful to discuss ongoing ethics investigations, Thomas Daniel, the so-called “independent investigator” let it leak that Sarah was about to face federal indictment for violations surrounding this legal defense fund. Of course, not only did Daniel, an officer of the court, violate Alaskan law, he was lying

from chicago sun times 6/25/10..[Sarah Palin ethics complaint]
Thursday’s findings are an outgrowth from a preliminary, confidential report by another board investigator that also implicated Palin. Petumenos said the first investigator, attorney Thomas Daniel, withdrew as independent counsel for the personnel board after Palin challenged the participation of his law firm, which had ties to President Barack Obama, who defeated Palin’s former running mate John McCain in the presidential election.
