The filing is the break you need to open the case and close the forgery case and get a win. The data exists that it is a forgery. You can demand to see the original sent to court of Certificate and the basis from which it came.
I think this is the first time they have tried to use the certificate to prove citizenship.

Is there a little more info regarding the Mississippi filing? Tried to find something in the news… nothing.

Dr. Orly,
It should be noted that the lawyers didn’t use the request form to request a verification like they were supposed to. They simply wrote a letter. This is contrary to Hawaii DOH stated rules and procedures:
“Letters of verification are requested in similar fashion and using the same request forms as for certified copies.”
I suspect this was deliberate because had the lawyers used the request form the would ran into the problems that Bennett had.
I would argue their received verification is not valid and that Hawaii broke its own rules by responding to their letter and failing to point out that they needed to send in a request form just like if they wanted a certified copy.
Further, you should demand to see the original. The defense of Hawaii – We have the birth certificate and Obama was born in Hawaii but you can’t see it is absurd.

I agree with Bec! As closely as we follow this stuff, sometimes “shorthand” won’t do. PLEASE ALWAYS give us a case name (ABC v XYZ) or a judge’s name or SOMETHING we can Google if you can’t embed dox.
THANK YOU!
(Not a “complaint” per se, Orly. We all know how overwhelmed you are. PLEASE don’t take umbrage!)
