A gunman opened fire in a Colorado supermarket Monday, killing 10 people, including a police officer, authorities said. One person was taken into custody at the scene in Boulder, where police said there was no ongoing threat to the public.

Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold identified the slain officer as 51-year-old Eric Talley, who had been with the department since 2010.

Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty said Talley’s life was “cut much too short,” and said a “painstaking investigation is already underway.”

All of the victims were between the ages of 20 and 65. Authorities identified the other victims as Tralona Bartkowiak, 49; Suzanne Fountain, 59; Teri Leiker, 51; Kevin Mahoney, 61; Lynn Murray, 62; Rikki Olds, 25; Neven Stanisic, 23; Denny Strong, 20; and Jody Waters, 65.

    These people are nuts!

    They don’t have any morals, they don’t care about what they’re doing, and they sure don’t know what the world is coming to…!

    The people in these miserable Iranian nations are a real bad bunch of apples!

    The young men there are a real bad type and they only know how to do one thing: “kill Americans!”

    So President did right to give them a second look!

    People, stop been brainwashed! These are NOT radical islamists! All of Islam is radical! Since the creation of Islam thousands of years ago, they have been committing the same crimes over and over. In the year 711 they invaded what is called now Spain and controlled most of it for 700 years. Spain’s historical archives show how the muslims used to go through the villages and if their citizens did not convert they were enslaved or murdered. Their Koran calls for the murder of anyone who does not believe the way they do, so, please, stop, the truth hurts but nevertheless is the truth!
