   I think that at some point near the end of Obama’s term one or two judges will have the courage to finally deal with the question of Obama’s eligibility. Obviously up until now they have been afraid to.

   The Cruz candidacy is an attempt to mitigate Obama’s fraud. It is also a red herring to take the heat off of Hillary’s crimes and give the gay media something else besides what the democrats are doing to us to talk about. Hillary and her illegal activity should be what we are talking about NOT CRUZ. Follow the money. The media is exploiting it for money. The fighting AIDS industries have locked n gravy trains. All those feeding on deficit spending entitlements and special rights are making it. It never ends.

   Cruz’s eligibility has been settled, just like Obama’s since he’s in his 7th year now. Let him run, he’ll wipe the floor with hillary.

    Many are now already going after the issue of Cruz’s non-natural born Citizenship (his father was not a U.S. citizen until 25 years after Ted was born). It is already re-opening much radio and blogtalk and internet chatter, not only about Cruz’s ineligibility, but also Obama’s. So that’s a good thing.

    Cruz can play a role in pulling other potential candidates to the right, and he has, in fact, re-ignited discussion of Obama’s bogus credentials and ineligibility. Cruz is INELIGIBLE, and he knows it – and if he continues the charade right down to the wire, he will have proven himself to be as unworthy of the Office as Obama is … and many of us will keep telling him that.

    The best way he can redeem himself is by spearheading an effort to try to amend the Constitution (Art II, Section 1, concerning nbc), thereby opening up the dialogue about Obama’s treasonous usurpation of the Office – and help to dispatch him from that Office forthwith. The proposed Amendment would need safeguards against hoaxters and enemies from within, and would go a long way towards making Cruz at least worthy of the Office.

    Until then, he is neither worthy nor eligible.

    Hey, #5: the status of Cruz has been final, fore sure, in that he is (NOT) eligible to run for the Oval Office…

    Check out the previous category on Cruz. I name the (4) guys who are trying to trash the Constitution, so that the (R)’s and Boehner can make a mockery of it!

    And it will test whether we want the same Constituion kept (in-tact!), permanently?

    I for one, do want it kept sacred! These (R)’s are not only playing with the future of America, but they are playing with fire!

    This could backlash and cause Americans to never want to get involved with the (R) Party from that point on!

    Some of these clowns don’t belong in govt (trying) to represent us! This course of action is extremely treasonous!

    What I wanna know is “What the heck is going on in Cruz’s head??” Is he willing to split the conservatives completely out of the Republican party and give “Damaged Goods” Hillary the Oval Office? Is he out of his skull?

    # 14 poser: well, I don’t subscribe to lefty school info for anything!

    I really thought that we had all (4) of these guys pegged…and how does one squirm out of the placement…this whole thing smells of Boehner…he’s too much of a Rino to trust him ever!

    Now, we have discussed this issue here for some time in the past…and we really thought that we had these guys marked for being “non”-eligilbe!

    So why would these guys go running for the Oval Office, without giving us their birth certificate and all their background info as to whether both parents were American citizens and Cruz was born on American soil???

    These people all need to be examined, fully, from now on, after what we got from O, don’t you think???? I mean, let’s get serious and do this right, to save America and protect our extremely valuable Constitution!

    The Havard Law Review…did O was the president at one time? That should make us feel confident about their opinion and expertise. The last 6 years have been coincidence after coincidence…
    Cruz is not a NBC but he has ID and he is a practicing lawyer with an active license…
