Megyn Kelly is an establishment puppet and she spent this whole campaign season bashing Trump and inviting mostly Trump hating guests.
Now Kelly reached a new low. She lied to the whole nation during the 11th debate when she said that the Better Business Bureau gave Trump a D- rating, while in fact Trump university has an A rating.
NBC fired Brian Williams for lying. It is time for FOX to let go of Megyn Kelly for lying and also for lack of journalistic integrity and bias in reporting.
Here is the Better Business Bureau report, with an ‘A’ grade for Trump University.

Pamela, the problem with suing the media is that you have to show that not only the information was not correct and libelous, but that the media acted with malice. It is extremely hard to prove malice. Megyn would say that she did not know what was the piece of paper given to her, that she did not have an opportunity to verify.

no, it might take years and millions of dollars. When Trump filed a counter-lawsuit for defamation against the people who sued Trump university, the court found that his case was a sLAPP case and ordered him to pay $800,000 in attorneys’ fees of the other side on their antiSLAPP motion. The election will be long gone by the time this case against Kelly and others will be heard
