Within 1 month Trump not only jumped 20% in the primary polls, he also jumped 12% in the match up against Clinton

In June prior to the announcement of the Presidential run Trump had only 1% in the NBC poll of the primary candidates. After the announcement, within 1 month, he went up 20% to an average of polls showing 21% or higher, with some polls going as high as 28% and 31%.
In a potential match up with Clinton Trump cut the distance in half. A month ago he was 24% behind Clinton. Now he is 12% behind her. If he does well during the debates, he will catch up to Clinton, possibly get higher numbers than her.
We’ve seen Bush climb up in the polls in the match up against Clinton over time as well. In February, according to McClutchy /Marist poll, Bush was 20% behind Clinton. In May CNN poll showed Bush behind Clinton by 17% and in June by 12%. Currently the average of polls shows Bush 4% behind Clinton. I believe that, as Clinton’s trustworthiness numbers continue to go down, and the public learns more about Trump’s push to bring jobs back to America, with more voters perceiving Trump as a front runner, Trump will climb in the polls against Clinton, similar to the rise that Bush has seen or better.
