With the recent Obamacare and gay marriage decisions, will we have to foot the bill of $60,000 for a surrogate to carry a child for a gay couple?

With the recent Obamacare and gay marriage decisions, will we have to foot the bill of $60,000 for a surrogate to carry a child for a gay couple?

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

We are trying to ascertain the repercussions of the latest SCOTUS decisions on Obamacare and gay marriage.

Of course, the obvious question, what is next? If a man says that he loves 2 women or 3 women or 10 women, and he can’t help it in who does he love and how many women does he love, will SCOTUS declare a polygamist marriage a constitutional right?

Now NAMBLA, North American Men Boys Love Association, which many consider to be a group of pedophiles, is saying: if you can’t help who you love, then a grown man can state that he can’t help, but love a 17 year old boy or 16 year old or 15 year old. Will SCOTUS rule that it is a constitutional right for a grown man to marry a 17 year old boy or 16 year old or 15 year old?

Further, since now every state has to acknowledge a gay marriage and accept every gay family to a state or federal exchange, I expect gay couples to claim that they suffer from infertility and demand that we, straight tax payers, through the exchanges, or health insurances   foot the bill of a $60,000 per child to pay surrogates to carry children for them. Will SCOTUS rule that we have to pay for it?

What about sex change surgeries? Never mind  that World Health Organization considers trans-gender to be a psychiatric disorder (as a matter of fact, not so longer ago they considered a gay lifestyle, same sex attractions, to be a psychiatric disorder), I believe that trans-genders will demand that we pay a $100,000 a pop or more for their sex change operations and a life time of hormonal and psychological treatment. What about unstable trans-genders who go from a man to a woman and then back to a man? Will we have to pay for multiple trans-gender surgeries?

What about couples like Helen Degeneros and her ex-partner Anne Heche? Heche used to be a lesbian and in a relationship with Degeneros until she met her husband and married him and ended up being straight again. What if Heche and Degenerous were to have children? Would we pay for a psychiatrist and psychologist to work with Heche to convince her to stay gay and preserve her gay family and not go straight? Let’s take the mayor of NY De Blasio and his wife, who identified herself as lesbian before. When asked during the election, she stated that she is no longer lesbian, as she met a love of her life. Imagine if she were to merry a lesbian woman and then meet the love of her life Bill De Blasio? Would a psychologist counsel her not to marry him and stay in a lesbian relationship?

Do we as citizens have a say in any of this? Do the states have a say? What is the solution for the states, where the citizens overwhelming voted to ban gay marriages, would they still have to pay for all of the above? Wouldn’t that be an egregious form of taxation without representation which triggered the American Revolution?

Didn’t the US constitution give the Federal government only limited enumerated powers, such as : national defense, border patrol, postage, coinage and tariffs? The constitution is a contract between the people, the states and the federal government. The federal government breached the contract in failing to perform enumerated powers and in attempting to steal from the states and from the people the rights and powers that the states never gave the Feds in this contract. Every breach of contract gives the aggrieved side a remedy. What is the remedy for 31 states, which chose to ban a gay marriage? Can those states simply leave this contractual relationship, this union?

Did you know that only in two states, Maryland and Maine the people went to the polls and voted to legalize gay marriage. The population of Maryland in less than 6 million, the population of Maine is slightly more than 1 million. So roughly 7 million people voted for gay marriage. When you  consider the total population of this nation of 320 million, this is about 2% of the population. 98 percent of the US population never voted to legalize gay marriage and in 31 states, including California, the bluest state in the nation, the people voted to ban gay marriage.   So, can the people of this nation and the states secede and let the Federal government and the  SCOTUS  rule only over the 2 states: Maryland and Maine? If the states decide to dismantle this union and create a new union, can the seceding states write off 18 trillion dollar federal debt, half of which was incurred by Obama? Can we set up the tariffs again, which were taken down by Clinton in order to stop flood of products from the third word countries with slave labor, which destroy the US manufacturing and the US jobs? What do you think?

    Dear Orly,

I think the answer to all your hypothetical situations deriving from the SCOTUS rulings is “yes”, and the taxpayers will be made to pay for all this coming idiocy, further bankrupting America.

I also think the next assault on American freedoms will be the overturning of the 2nd Amendment (the grabbing of guns which has been a goal of leftists, socialists, and communists) which will be ushered in by upcoming Jade Helm 15 operations. Any resistance to Jade Helm will lead to usurper obama declaring martial law, and the SCOTUS finding justification for ruling the 2nd Amendment to be null and void. The law will mean anything whatever that usurper obama and the majority of the “justices” say it is.

The picture that has appeared on the internet of usurper obama standing in front of a devastated, smoking landscape with a smirk on his face, saying “my work here is done”, is very prescient.

These gay/lesbian people, whether that is their choice of lifestyle or not, it is their choice to perform a union which cannot produce offspring. So, once again, the parasites want to suck off of the legitimate to supply what they cannot. Their are consequences to our actions/choices. No penis/vagina combination, no right to parenthood. Enough is enough.

Our country has gone to hell. Gay marriage? How will their adopted kids be raised? To hate the other sex? What were the so called Supreme Court employees thinking? We need term limits on them too!
