With massive corruption in the federal government and judiciary TX might be the first state to secede from the union

Posted on | August 30, 2012 | 11 Comments

I was in TX April 15 2009 at Alamo when Gov. Perry gave his famous speech “how to cook a frog”. TX is angry as hell. They are just about done with flagrant corruption and lawlessness of the federal government and federal judiciary. The judge who spoke of revolts in TX if Obama is reelected, was not far from the truth.

Federal judges by and  large are either brainwashed with globalist garbage or got some other considerations to promote this garbage. The same court that ruled that Obama has a right to privacy in a stolen CT Social Security number and there is no legitimate public interest in knowing if the President is using a stolen Social Security number, has now ruled that the state of TX cannot check IDs of voters. They are claiming that it disenfranchising the voters. The same judges flagrantly violate the 7th amendment and refuse to allow juries to rule. They usurp the jurisdiction of the juries and rule in order to promote destruction of our civil rights, sham elections and push towards the North American Union and New World Order.

The only ones who are being disenfranchised in elections, are ones who vote illegally in multiple states or if they are not citizens. People are simply fed up. These judges clearly want the elections stolen. Federal government is so utterly corrupt that the only solution might be secession. I will not be surprised that if Obama is reelected, the secession of red states from the union will start. In my opinion it will start with TX, OK, MT, MO, NH, LA, MS, AL, GA, SC.

Here is a table of sessetion in 1860-1861. I do not believe modern secession will trigger civil war, as it did in the 19th century. Now we have a number of modern countries being divided and states seceding without civil war. Soviet Union fell apart when 14 states seceded. Yugoslavia fell apart. Czechoslovakia split into two countries. Sudan divided into a Muslim norther Sudan and Christian southern Sudan.

My prediction that if the states secede, all of the freeloaders will flock to Obama controlled blue states. The problem that they will have, will be lack of people, willing to carry on their backs bloated federal government and millions of freeloaders looking for handouts. What do you think?

If you think this is bad, there is a new Texas story involving a lawsuit where the federal judge threatened the person with “death” in a civil lawsuit.

The case involves a lawyer billing scam supervised by a federal judge. In the apparent scam, a Dallas business owner (the “victim”) had all possessions seized, without any notice or hearing, prohibited him from hiring a lawyer, and essentially ordered him into a bizarre civil lockdown. The business owner has been under this civil lockdown order for nearly two years, and is prohibited from having a lawyer, from owning any possessions, from freely traveling, from working, etc…

https://LawInjustice.com has details about this disturbing case and some quotes from the judge:

THE COURT: “I’m telling you don’t screw with me. You are a fool, a fool, a fool, a fool to screw with a federal judge, and if you don’t understand that, I can make you understand it. I have the force of the Navy, Army, Marines and Navy behind me.”

THE COURT: “You realize that order is an order of the Court. So any failure to comply with that order is contempt, punishable by lots of dollars, punishable by possible jail, death”

At least the ruling is unambiguous.

An interesting solution is for the birth of Peoples’ Courts, where absolutely no government official, elected or appointed, is immune from prosecution by citizens chosen by popular election from among either the congressional district or state where the offended party resides, or where the offense occurs.

It only needs to be engineered, such as what to do in the case of multiple jurisdictions, or how to handle a presidential case.

As only one example of its working, among hundreds of scenarios, suppose a U.S. senator takes a bribe in the form of a campaign contribution from a well connected group in Washigton D.C. in order to gain support for a bill the group is backing. A Peoples’ Court in the senator’s home state, feeling that they or their neighbors have been wronged by the bribery, upon being shown sufficient evidence, could present an indictment and convene for trial, the defendent being given all due respect of law. Should the senator be found guilty, one very reasonable punishment would be that he be kept off of the ballot for the next election and never allowed to run again in any election within that state.

The states should experiment with this first, utilizing the 10th Amendment as legal permission. For example, the states have the legal right to keep people off of a ballot, as all readers here know.

A state such as California, where the initiative process is strong, would be the likely place to institute such courts. An initiative could be passed that calls for the establishment of such ‘extra-judicial’ courts… courts that operate outside of the norm. These courts could, for instance, look into judges and prosecutors who have bent or broken the law in their or their crony’s favor. Punishment could be meted out accordingly.

I see, rather, a continuance and escalation of the current socio-economic model. Hope I am wrong, as it is morbid.

If Texas ever does secede, I will be among the first to move my family there from Georgia. In fact, I honestly believe that the population of Texas overnight would skyrocket if they ever were to secede from the Union. Texas just might have to put up a fence surrounding the entire State to keep up with the influx of American refugees from the United Soviet States of America.

would it help if this “victim” brought this incident to the attention of Perry? a senator? congressman? Do the federal judges get elected? or are they appointed? This is something that wouldn’t happen in my state! And reading the comments of this judge makes me wonder if this guy is sane?

This is similar to what Walter Fitzgerald
has endured for years now.. no one threatened
him with ‘death’ but what they did to him
could have easily caused his death.

Major corruption in Monroe County, TN.
The judges, the juries, the sheriffs,
the police, the prison guards, the
clerks, all are the scum of the earth.
They are getting away with this
and setting a precedent .. the FBI
    did nothing to help Fitzgerald.

He isn’t the only one that has been
    persecuted by this corrupt cabal
    and have suffered the consequences
of demanding their rights as American
    citizens.

To this day, I don’t think the
scene has changed for the better in
TN. Even the major law officials
    are disregarding the corruption
and malice towards the citizens in
    that county. Post and Email
    (Sharon Rondeau) has been covering
this for months and been in touch
with not only Fitzgerald but other
    men incarcerated w/o trial or
    honest representation.

The prison there is out of the dark ages.

Read about it by subscribing to Sharon’s
web site blog. It will give you the
    chills.

It has been talked about for some time now, that North and South Dakota should remove its Border and just become DAKOTA…
    It has my support 100%.

The courts are unbelievably corrupt and the vast majority of Americans are sick and tired of being trampled underfoot by them. Place me on a jury and I shall exercise my right to nullify any law which I deem unjust.

Yeah, Tenn. has a real nasty reputation as a corrupt state. In the ’70’s, Sheriff buford Pusser (pronoucned: puss-er) was fighting local crime in McNary County. But the real problems were at the state level, not just in his jurisdiction! If the Film series ever comes around again someday, take a look at it: Walkin’ Tall, Part I,II, & III! And boy, did he ever!
