    Calling for a recount nearly 4 weeks after the fact should be rejected on its face because of the incredible chain of custody issues with machines and ballots. 4 weeks is a lot of time for the loser to tamper with the results.

    The warranty seal is just that… a warranty seal and the paper seal would be broken via handling or maintenance of the machines.
    One should wonder how a Dr can be so *&#&#*#**# StuPid on a seal reality.

    As TRUMP says…THE DR. IS A CON ARTIST ATTEMPTING TO GAIN MORE CASH TO PAY OF HER AND HER PARTIES POTUS CAMPAIGN COST.

    This now confirms what we all thought: cheating to help Hillary win the popular vote!

    If they find others in Wisconsin, they can then see that this is how Hillary would have won the popular vote!

    And I do think that the Soros machines were in Wisconsin, as well as 15+ other states!

    If they continue this re-count, they could be looking at Clinton losing the popular vote, as well?!!!

    in most states they have to wait for the original count to be over and the result announced by the canvassing committee or secretary of state before they can ask for recount, that is the law in most states
