I was asked, why we did not fly all the witnesses to IN

If you recall I and other attorneys were blamed in that we put all the witnesses on the stand and did not take the default. We explained then, that there is a difference between a default and default judgment. Default does not mean default judgment, and even if there is a default judgment it can easily be set aside on appeal. We felt that is was important to put all the evidence on the record.

Now in IN, where I was the only witness, I asked for a default,  the commission refused to issue a default, even though Obama and his attorney did not show up and in the letter to him it clearly stated, that if he does not show up, a default can be issued. Moreover, the same commission issued a default against another candidate. I believe her name was Patricia Inez Sandofer.

I can’t pay thousands of dollars to fly all the witnesses, pay for their hotels and do it 50 times. I would need a donor like Donald Trump or Sheldon Adelson ot Ross Perot to do it. I saw that after the hearing total amount, that I spent was over $14,000. Aside from paying for air and hotel for witnesses, I paid $2,000 to another attorney, who did mock trial with me and some  of the witnesses: John Sampson, Susan Daniels, Felicito Papa. Unfortunately Doug Voht’s flight was delayed and he arrived only at 12 at night the day before. For other reasons we could not do mock trial with 2 other witnesses. I also paid over $1,000 for Mr. Dolz to fly and operate computer and projector, so the judge, the media and the public at large could see on the video all of the enlarged evidence. I paid $700 for the projector, $250 for the screen, several thousands for FedEx.  Unforunately the judge was under marching orders to rush me and not give me an opportunity to do a full presentation. At any rate I am the only attorney, who was able to issue a valid subpoena against the sitting president to appear in court and produce his vital records,  who was able to introduce into evidence real testimony, real exhibits, real evidence, showing Obama to be a criminal, who not only does not belong in the WH, but belongs in prison. I was able to put a deportation officer with 30 years of experience on the stand to testify, that with papers like Obama’s he would seek a warrant for arrest and deportation. It is not my fault, that the judge was corrupt, that we live  in a de facto fascist regime, where evidence and truth and justice do not matter to corrupt judges and officials.

I can’t go through such an expense 50 times. Also, it is logistically impossible, as it comes to commission hearings.  These commissions: in NH and IN gave only a day or two notice, making it impossible to arrange for all the witnesses to come.

You can see that both commissioners and the media are under marching orders to cover up al of the crimes committed by Obama and his accomplices: Pelosi, Fuddy, Onaka, Nagamine and others.

I knew, that this will happen. So, as you can see, I made a  right decision to enter into evidence in GA all of the witness testimony. It is in the court records, it is in historical records. It will be used to convict sooner or later. I will forward to commissions and courts the certified transcripts.  If they will not respond to motion for reconsideration, we will sue them. They removed the Charlie White, Secretary of State of Indiana for not updating his address on voter registration, yet they keep this criminal on the ballot and in the WH without a shred of evidence of his eligibility. The only evidence Obama provided to these corrupt bureaucrats, was an empty chair. These corrupt traitors, who belong in prison, made a decision to put him on the ballot without any evidence, while I provided a mountain of evidence of his lack of eligibility. I hope to find one honest judge, one honest commission. If this does not happen, after 4 years of witnessing this dirt, corruption and treason, people will be so disgusted they will be ready to revolt.   We will either have a an ObamaForgeryGate or Watergate2 or we will have an American Spring, which will exceed the Arab spring. A lot of people are watching this corruption and treason by our bureaucrats and media thugs and are getting extremely angry, they are getting livid.

    Thank you for having the Patriotism, courage, dedication, tenacity and the strong desire to save our Constitution that is lacking in our Congress critters and our Judicial system leadership. Without your continued pursuit for truth and justice we could expect another four years of the usurper in our White House continuing to turn our democratic republic into a third world cesspool like exists in other totalitarian countries on our Planet.

    Never give up! Don’t let the bastards wear you down! However, be ever watchful and vigilant. Protect yourself and your loved ones. Semper Fidelis!
