Why judge Glass believes that perjury by Damon Dunn is not a crime? Why does he think that election fraud by Damon Dunn, who ran for Sec of State of CA is not important? What is his motivation? What is his consideration?

Chune: “There is nothing wrong with not putting down that you registered to vote in another state for a different party.”

Typical Obot jacka$$. On his registration form, signed under penalty of perjury, there is a line that says were you ever registered in another state. He left it blank, knowing fully well that he was registered in FL. Thus , he committed perjury. Now I know you Obots may think there is nothing wrong with perjury, but the law says otherwise.

It has been over 2 years of death, threats, harassment, tampering with my car, destroying my web sites, vandalism of my e-mail accounts. There has to be one decent FBI agent or police officer in CA, who will do something

 

If judges don’t care that Obama uses a stolen ss number, they also don’t care about a little Obama wannabe like Damon Dunn, who committed fraud in relation to elections.

What is even more outrageous, is that the issue of fact is supposed to be decided by the jury. The jury was supposed to hear the case on the merits and decide, if there was sufficient evidence to find him guilty of fraud and elections fraud. I had a right for jury trial, but Judge Glass made an arbitrary decision and took away from me not only my right for speedy trial before the general election, but my right to have the issue tried by the jury.

Judge Glass caught attorney Brian Hildreth lying to him about a material fact. In July Hildreth argued that I am not entitled to expedited trial, later in January Hildreth admitted on the record that I had that right and Glass stated on the record “Maybe I should have given her expedited trial then”.  After he realized that he made a mistake, that I indeed was entitled to speedy trial back in July, he added insult to injury by arbitrarily dismissing the case. I feel like I am back in the Soviet Union. all the elections are pre-determined, puppets are prepped and groomed and the judges are just an ornament.

    Truer words were never spoken, Dr. Taitz. Now you understand what “Tail Gunner Joe” was trying to tell the American people in the 50s. But sadly, it was already to late by then. If we are going to get our country back, we must start getting tough with these walking bags of garbage positions of power!

    You should have filed an affidavit challenging the certified results with the presiding judge. A complaint was the wrong procedure.

    What are the statutes in CA for recalling this judge. That may be the place to start.
