Why did they stop counting, when there is still million uncounted ballots?

There are 40 million people in CA. 17 million are registered to vote. Last time, in 2010, when I ran for Secretary of State, I got 537,000 votes out of 2 million Republicans and out of over 5 million total. This time the registrar reported a 10% drop in mail in votes, which means that there should be between 1.5 to 1 million ballots that haven’t been counted yet. There supposed to be continuous counting of these ballots, however I did not see any ballots counted since yesterday. Can someone check with the office of the Sec of State, what is going on?

Blessed Orly, never give up! We are counting on you always!!
It is obvious your victory was stolen from you by evildoers and Republicans. What a unholy alliance. Its disgusting.
You gave voice to the voiceless. Sense to the senseless. Courage to the courageless. And headaches to the Wall Street elites who run this country.
While you were doing all this you outed Joe Farah and WND and Michael Savage for the hipocrites they are. They should have supported YOU. They supported your enemies instead. Why is this? Have they been bott and paid for? I bet.
It will be interesting to see how the foxes at Fox cover this disgrace. Will they tell the truth about how your vote was stolen? Or will they be silent because of Karl Rove.
We fear the worse. Be brave, young Orly!! Be brave.

Orly: If they have tons of absentee ballots, they have to keep counting…especially, if this is at the SOS Office! How is it that they can (legally) stop counting? Would a threat to a suit do the trick? Get the news media available.
Can the A.G. do something about making them continue to count? Can you file anything legal that would force them to continue to count? Where do they get off just stopping? That’s absurd! This shows how corrupt Ca. govt is! And can you get this info out to the public, of what they are pulling here?
Can anyone from the State (R) Legislature (that you can trust) be able to assist with some kind of legal info? Or from the (R) Congress in D.C. from Ca., to be of help? Try anything, legal, here! Maybe send an attorney friend to the SOS Office to “straighten them out?”
And I say this, Orly, only cause they are doing this to you…but would have to seriously consider doing what’s right, if faced with “someone else?”
Is there anything in the state constitution (or some comparable doc), that would force them to continue to count, with YOU AND OTHERS RIGHT THERE TO VIEW THE COUNTING?
Maybe discuss this with an attorney friend, that you can trust?! Rest…plan…and soon execute some action, if possible, within the “filing a complaint” time-frame! I will keep you in my prayers. Take care.

In this “anyone can vote for any candidate ‘primary’,” is it possible that a million or so Democrats voted for Elizabeth Emken in order to get the weakest Republican candidate on the Nov. 6th ballot opposite Dianne Feinstein?
A review of recent DU/MoveOn/etc. chats and forums might reveal whether that tactic was in play or not.

Emken got less then half a million. We kn ow that Democrats were voting for her, as they did not want me speaking out during the general election and embarassing Obama
