    Could James Comey be heading to jail?

    On June 8, we could see one of the wildest and most dramatic scenes ever to unfold on Capitol Hill. Airing LIVE Thursday, Jun 08 9:30am EDT on C-SPAN3.In his first public appearance since his dismissal last month, former FBI Director James Comey testifies before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. The former director of the FBI may be taken out of the hearing room in handcuffs.

    Could it happen when James Comey testifies before the Senate. Or, will James Comey plead the fifth.
