    Why are you trying to get Judge Wingate recused from your case? I thought he was going to rule in your favor on your RICO. And what ever happened to that case anyway? It’s been two or three years since you filed it. Is that why you are trying to get him recused?

    no, I am not trying to have him recused, I asked Obama appointee, Judge Hollander to reopen the case and recuse herself
