    And in Iowa, a judge blocked a law on a “heartbeat” for a baby…

    To protect the baby from being aborted.

    I wrote someone in the past that a baby is viable as a human, once it has a heartbeat and has a central nervous system that can feel pain.

    And the judge blocked this for the time being when Planned Parenthood took it to court to stop the law/bill-?
