We have to attend each and every lecture, each and every appearance of these judges and demand that they provide answers or resign from the bench

Something in Denmark stinks methinks. I am beginning to think the same as Harry (above). Orly, we have enough patriots now, to come down hard on somebody who is responsible for this ridiculous behavior of both the federal judiciary and SCOTUS. What the hell is Roberts doing with this criminal behavior going on right under his nose. We need to know the best route to follow in these civil rights violations. One wonders if the remnants of the old civil rights organization could and would help us. I will look around for someone who might answer that. Don’t give up, Orly, your proficiency as an investigative attorney is far above most of those you have encountered. Get angry all you like, but don’t throw in the towel. |
According to the clerks office: there is no order signed by justice Thomas |
Answer:
this is violation of the 14th amendment equal protection and due process rights. These judges or justices of the Supreme court don’t read the pleadings, don’t sign the order. Some clerks, who were not appointed by any president, not confirmed by senate do whatever they want, that is a complete lawlessness.
You have to go to each and every lecture, each and every appearance of these judges and demand answers, demand signatures on the orders, so they can be held liable if they violate our constitution. When judges violate the law, they can be prosecuted as well, and surely the clerks can be prosecuted as well.
I resubmitted my application to justice Alito.
I talked to the court today, they confirmed that they got the application, but I waited all day long, and they did not post on the docket, that it was resubmitted to Alito. You can call the Supreme Court tomorrow morning and demand an answer, when will they docket the submission to justice Alito. The clerk’s number is 202-479-3000 or 202-479-3472. You can demand transparency and demand an explanation from the chief clerk William Sutter, why there is no signed order from justice Thomas. Why there is no signed order from the conference on my prior case Lightfoot v Bowen.

The problems is that citizens are now ignored by the courts. Citizens have no standings. The only way these judges will get the attention of demands of the people is for Orly to become a senator or congresswoman. Then she can subpoena them to appear Congressional hearing for them to explain why they should not be impeached for their direlictions of their duties as judges.

Dr. Taitz,
I just hung up from a call I made to the Supreme Court, 07-27-2010, @ 11:58 a.m, eastern, and spoke briefly with Mr. Eric Fossum at 202-479-3000.
I asked him if he could help me in the status of the case “Rhodes v. MacDonald”, number 10A56. Initially, he said he wasn’t the clerk handling the case…. I then asked him if he could just tell me if the case was on the docket. He asked the name on the case and I told him “Rhodes v. MacDonald” . . . he then told me that wasn’t the name on the case 10 A 56 and the name was Taitz. He then told me in no uncertain terms “He spoke with Taitz yesterday and wasn’t going to go down that road again” . He also told me the case was “denied”. I then asked him “who signed the order”? He said “it was signed by the clerk of the court” My next obvious question to him was, “is that the same as a real judge signing it?” He once again told me he wasn’t going to go down that road any more. I ended my call with the words “ I just want to see the Constitution upheld but your reticence in talking with me any further was disappointing”, or words to that effect, and the call was completed.
I’m so sorry you have to endure events such as these on a daily, ongoing basis. You have my total admiration in your stamina and hope, in the future I can be of some help.
Thanks for your service!
