We have a mammoth task ahaead of us. All 3 judges on the panel were appointed by the Democrat president Clinton. Not even one judge was appointed by the Republican pres. Is the result of the hearing, a foregone conclusion? CSPAN and ABC will be recording this hearing.

I am greatly concerned, there isn’t even one token judge on this panel, who was appointed by a Republican president. Typically it is 2:1 one way or another. Here we have 3:0. All 3 judges are appointed by a democrat president. Judge Berzon is considered one of the most liberal Clinton appointees. I am very ckeptical they will decide against liberal democrat president and overturn decision by Judge Carter, who is a fellow Clinton appointee. At any rate, I will do my best. That’s all I can do.

Dean D. Pregerson (born 1951) is a United States federal judge.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Pregerson received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1972 and a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1976. He was a Parole hearing officer, Department of Corrections, State of California in 1977. He was in private practice in Ventura, California in 1978. He was an Assistant public defender, Public Defender Service Corporation, Agana, Guam from 1978 to 1981. He was in private practice in Agana, Guam in 1982. He was in private practice in Napa, California in 1982. He was in private practice in Los Angeles, California from 1983 to 1985. He was a Vice president and general counsel, The Torrance Company, California in 1985. He was in private practice in Los Angeles, California from 1986 to 1996.
Pregerson is a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Pregerson was nominated by President Bill Clinton on January 26, 1996, to a seat vacated by A. Wallace Tashima. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on July 24, 1996, and received his commission on August 1, 1996.

Marsha Siegel Berzon (born in 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio) is a federal appeals judge who has served on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals since 2000.

Marsha Siegel Berzon graduated with a B.A. from Radcliffe Collegein 1966 and received her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 1973. She then clerked for Judge James R. Browningof the Ninth Circuit from 1973 to 1974. Berzon then clerked for Associate Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court. She was Justice Brennan’s first female law clerk.

Berzon was in private practice in Washington, DC from 1975 to 1977 and then moved to San Francisco, California where she practiced from 1978 to 2000 at Altshuler Berzon, a union-side law firm founded by herself, her husband Stephen Berzon, and Fred Altshuler. Berzon had a unique Supreme Court litigation practice and litigated many of the landmark cases during that period. Berzon was also a lecturer at UC Berkeley in 1992 and a practitioner-in-residence at Cornell Law School in 1994.

On January 27, 1998, Berzon was nominated by Bill Clintonto the Ninth Circuit for the seat vacated when John T. Noonan took senior statusin late 1996. Clinton renominated Berzon on January 26, 1999. Berzon was confirmed by the U.S. Senate in a 64-34 vote on March 9, 2000 and received her commission on March 16, 2000. She is widely considered one of Bill Clinton’s most liberal judicial appointees.[citation needed]
In a 2009 decision, Judge Berzon wrote that while a San Francisco resolution condemning the Vatican is in line with current Establishment Clause jurisprudence, she was troubled by how close the resolution came to the establishment of an anti-Catholic stance. [2]

Hopefully these Judges are more concerned with the Copnstitution and the Rule of Law than tye are with the Communist Democrat Party.

As an officer of the court, one must assume that judges rule based on the law, rather than politics. Sadly, both the facts and the law are against you in this case. Good luck!
