Prosecutorial Indictment of Supreme Court Justices
 In his fight to restore integrity to the Justice system, Dr. Fine has filed a first amended complaint  in California Federal Court   Case No. 10-cv-0048  alleging the circumstances where California Judges illegally conspired against him at the behest of the State Bar, Los Angeles County government officials and lawyers for the developers who opposed him in the courtroom.

Should The Supreme Court  & State Bar  Be Held Accountable? 
Dr. Richard Fine is alleging that State Bar officials and Supreme Court Justices who are named in his Federal complaint, have participated in illegal, unconstitutional acts and tactics.  He claims State Bar officials have abused their authority and obstructed justice when disbarring him while they opposed him in court proceedings where they had a financial interest.   And, during this time, according to Fine’s complaint, the defendant, L A County,  was  making illegal payments to the complaining judges who sat on the cases at issue.    Read Summary Here
