   Which is exactly why I feel it is MORE important to point out that he is an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

   There are many that are confused by definition of “Natural Born” citizen, or will agree that the specificity in the constitution is indeed outdated.

   BUT ILLEGAL ALIEN will be much, much harder for them to justify.

   This is very telling to Constitutionalists and those who reject Obama as being “eligible:”

   What the telegraphed message seems to read is,if the paradigm in which they want to rule and have power does NOT allow it, reject the Paradigm.

   The sheer BEAUTY of the Constitution, however, is that it foresaw such possible disrespect and actions at “Machtergreifung.”

   The CBS Obotnik has no clue (and is a Professor? What a waste of money to send our kids to THAT university!)and shows desperation within the ranks.

   The mainstream media may not report on “birtherism,” “usurpation,” and “ineligibility,” but many of the guests at the recent Inauguration know and only spoke of it once they were among themselves in their hotel rooms.

   They hardly want to believe it, but absolutely are aware of everything that is transpiring.

   Looks like CBS is starting to lay the ground work to defend Obama. He’s not Natural Born – who cares the Constitution is 200 years old and created by racist old white guys – this is their story line.

   You are wrong. “The specificity in the constitution is” is as up to date as you can dream of: It is as recent as the 2008 Sen. Res. on McCain – and no resolution, nor any vetting of his opponent.

   We may first prosecute the impostor for mere fraud, but then we must immediately bring the issue of the massive treason of the entire US government since 2008: the treason of the Constitution and the concept Natural Born which was absolutely clear for them all. So much clear, that they attempted to change it since 2002 (J.B.Williams’ study).

   If you look at the comments underneath this story on CBSnews.com, when I was reading it this morning, most of the comments were by enraged real Patriots who found this profoundly stupid – a couple of excerpts:

   Your liberal agenda has gone over the top with this presentation of one idiot’s opinion. Doesn’t he realize, you remove the foundation of anything, be it government or a building, the structure falls!
   Present equal time of an opposing view if you must continue a liberal rave. You’re supposed to be a news program, not a biased, self-serving agenda of the left.

   My,my, another Obama devotee…What better way to bring down this great house of liberty and freedom that attacking its foundation..and getting some stupid idiots to agree with you..The results will make the carnage of the Civil War pale in comparison.

    Blatant in our face high treason was expected from the supposed news from the lamestream propaganda TV stations, I mean after all, they get their paychecks from the new world order, one world government, banker globalist u.n communist foreigners that hate America’s freedoms and are trying to conquer America, period. Any violation to the U.S. Constitution is an overt act of treason. All of these TV news stations have committed the overt acts of treasonous infiltrators and should be arrested for complicity and direct accomplice’s to overthrow the greatest Country in the world, what a prize that would be for the infiltrated traitors. America needs to repeal the use of all electronic voting machines because that’s how the foreign enemy infiltrators got in office in the first place, by deceit, voter fraud and removal of all these rigged machines need to be x’ed right now, that’s the only way to vote all these blatant infiltrators out.

    The Republicans are prevented from doing any thing about voter Fraud by a 1982 agreement to settle a court case. Does this prevent the Tea Party from it. It appears to be very wide spread now. The Democrats are taking advantage of the agreement.

    this court agreement only requires a leave of court from a judge. They can get this leave fo court easily, it is a BS excuse, if it is used by the GOP

    There is no doubt in the meaning of natural born! Why do you think that for a couple years preceeding obama running for president there was submitted legislation to change these qualification of the office of president to read just citizen verses natural born! Yes, these bunch of corrupt government officials know this and they know that obama is ineligible. Every! I repeat every sing current senator and congressman have shown themselves to be complicit of this fraud and criminal element within the administration and thus have clearly refused to uphold there oath of office! Every single one of them should be charged with the war crimes of the administration and treason to the United States! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!

    There attempt to change the qualification of president from natural born to US citizen was submitted for 5 years straght preceeding obama taking office!! His being put in the presidency and the outright fraudulent elections of 2008 and 2012 show that this was planned! Thus, we do not live in a Republic but a communistic state in disguise by those parading as being representatives! They don’t represent anything but there greedy pockets!!
