Update Supreme Court. Clerk Cynthia Rapp

I have resubmitted Easterling et al v Obama et al in the form of Motion for Leave of Court to submit under the original jurisdiction. I called the Supreme Court and was told that the clerk for original jurisdiction is Cynthia Rapp 202-479-3000 extention 3014.
I inquired about the case and she said: “don’t bother submitting, it will be denied, it is only for disputes between the states”. I stated to her that article 3 of the Constitution allows Original jurisdiction of the Supreme court for cases involving ambassadors and and ministers as well. She asked if I am an ambassador and I told her that I am not and I don’t have to be. Constitution does not specify that the ambassadors have to be plaintiffs, which means that they can be defendants. Her response was -listen to me, it will be denied. I protested by saying that it is not up to the clerks to decide, it is up to the justices of the Supreme Court to decide whether they will exercise their right to hear the cases under original non-exclusive jurisdiction or not. It is really not up to the clerks. She needs to docket the case and forward it to the justices. She responded by saying: “It is up to us, we do the screening”. I responded, that they can do the screening of technical errors, not decision on the merits of the case. Even with technical errors there were precedents from different Federal courts, that if the case mostly complies, the clerk has to docket it with the notation of the error, to be addressed and corrected by the attorney of record. At that point she asked me if I am an attorney. I told her, yes I am, what about you? She said “OK, submit it”.
I was really upset after this conversation, it seems there is a detachment between the judges and the public there is this Chinese wall of gate keepers. Same problem with the elected officials and their liberal pro-Obama younger aids, serving as gate keepers.
As I was relating this conversation to my husband, he said “Write her name down and report her”. It got me thinking, where do I report her? Who do I report her to? I’ve already made an effort in going all the way to Moscow Idaho to report to Chief Justice Roberts about my case being erased from the docket by somebody one day after the inauguration. He had a duty to the whole nation to announce an investigation into this scandal, and so far there was nothing from chief Justice Roberts.
There is a wall of silence and fear and apathy coming from every level of the government. It provides such a resembles to what I have seen in the communist Soviet Union.
Our sold out puppet main stream media is silent. I remember how in the SovietUnion my parents and their friends were huddled around transistor radios, trying to get any info, any glimpse of truth, any real news from BBC or Radio Free Europe . With their broken English, they could catch only every other word, but it was better then the Communist brainwashing. That was the reason, why they sent me for testing, to get into a special school with advanced academics, advanced English and math and science, so one day I would be able to escape this dreaded existence or at least, so I will have the the tools to fight for my rights.
Never in my life did I think that I will have to fight for my rights on American soil, it is such a dejavu, such a recurrent nightmare.
United States of America was a shining city on the hill, was a beacon of hope. Together with the Western Europe it was a hope for the rest of the world. If this country falls into the grasp of totalitarianism, the whole planet will succumb to the dark middle ages of lack of freedoms, lack of liberties, lack of freedom of speech, lack of right to resolve grievances, lack of free press and free Judiciary.
Please, don’t let it happen. Please stand the course. Please call all of the elected oficials, all of law enforcement, and let them know that they have to be true to their oath to uphold the constitution or they will be guilty of treason together with Obama and his cronies.
Please, make signs “Obama is a foreign National from Birth till now” “Obama is a citizen of Kenya and Indonesia, cannot be the US president.” Please, gather a group of patrioits and bring lounge chairs and sit in front of the White House, department of Justice, department of Home land Security, major news outlets, governors mentions and Federal buildings, please recruit more people during the 4th of July parties. We can take the country back: one person at a time, one sign at a time, one demonstration at a time, one eligibility law suit at a time.

This makes me wonder if the justices of SCOTUS have ever seen any of the eligibility cases. The clerks seem to feel that they have the authority to deny them. I thought that one of the Justices said that he didn’t remember the cases when asked about them at a book signing. Our county and our freedom is being destroyed by a handful of criminals and technicalities.

First of all, it’s so good to have you back!!!! I missed you. Your note here on the SC update made my hair stand on end. Your husband is right. Report this terrible woman! I know there is no one to report her to right now, so she goes on “The List”. No doubt that scum Danny Bickel still works there. (Someday I’ll tell you about my run in with him…..I was really scared afterward.) This is really frightening and it tells me that we can’t ever ever count on SCOTUS….something I knew in my heart already, and it hurts that it’s really true. (Roberts goes on “The List” too, I’m afraid….he really needs to be charged FIRST out of all the traitors in my opinion)

If this clerk is going to be deciding which cases go forward or not, she should at least research the precedents of the court she is working for regarding the issue at hand. Orly is correct. Ambassadors and ministers do not have to be the plaintiffs:
Boers v. Preston, 111 U.S. 252 (1884)
The plaintiff below, Preston, was a citizen of that state, while the defendant was the consul at the port of New York for the Kingdoms of Norway and Sweden.

Cynthia Rapp was being rude! She is an attorney, she just didn’t answer you!
She’s on the Council of the Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association. She was the clerk in charge of appeals regarding death penalty cases before she was promoted. She got her law degree by attending classes in person at George Washington University, and spent five years in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. She was a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Maybe she’d agree to be one of your military plaintiffs, and then she’d approve Quo Warranto Easterling v. Obama?

I agree. What HAS happened to the system of justice, and checks and balances ? I keep asking if some how I accidentaly got on a slow boat to china….I don’t wish any one ill will. But i see a day when clerks like that will be at the end of the UNEMPLOYEMENT LINE. maybe they won’t even qualify for unemployemnt benifits for being egotistical and attempting to practice law with no schooling.

Just so you know, Dr. Taitz, I’ve read on another website that your post (description of your conversation with Ms. Rapp, plus your commentary) has been forwarded to Ms. Rapp’s attention. What I didn’t realize before I read that other website was that the calls into the Supreme Court clerk’s office are recorded, so I guess your conversation with Ms. Rapp was recorded.
I know this is not a problem for you, I just thought you’d like to know.

Some nice people responding here–conscientious caring people–and yes! I do agree with Matt above. What is the point of trying to be fair and balanced with people whose comments are unfair and unbalanced–generally sniping one liners. Are they worth our time?
Sometimes the obvious thought occurs to one in light of the multilateral stonewalling you are experiencing. I think the excellent and much beleagered Alan Keyes said in effect on his blog that the powers that be are really afraid of race riots if they decide to enforce the law. That is Mr. Keyes’ opinion and assessment and there are few smarter men than he.
Obama has unlimited financial resources–much carrying over from the $750,000,000!! in Arab oil money fed in through Shariah Banks in Dubai-for his election- my opinion of course. But by any definition an inordinate amount of money for a nobody from nowhere community organizer. What is going on? He is NOT a man of integrity–he was PURCHASED. He is ANSWERABLE, somebody is pulling those STRINGS. he is in fact for sale- now bought and sold and moving like a dog in heat.
Why? What is the big hurry? Apparently his over lords want things done promptly before the sleep or brain dead American public awakens to the rape and pillage going on in the name of governmnet.
From left to right and top to bottom this government is blatantly and complacently corrupt–perhaps worse now thasn ever in its history and bvery very noticeable to the wisdom that resides in the experience in old timers- Ask any of them what they think and you will start to ask who is it they poll for opinions–certainly not anyone I know or have spoken to.

I try to reduce things to basics rather than emote endlessly on the whys and wherefores of a precise legal effort porffered in a totally corrupt american political environment.. Orly you have so many well wishers and they do sincerely like you and respect you for attributes that have proved worthy of their admiration. You play a precise legal chessgame and for somereason a few of your pieces on the board get knocked down often by non entities and this causes you delays and distractions and you are human and you get angry and you express that ire and concern as per the above comments.
Keyes is a fighter and an eloquent speaker and fine individual–has no need for teleprompters rest assured. But he is under fire and they do worry about a black man of his force and vision. he really IS a thgreat to Obama, but do you notice the slimmy Obama attacks dogs going everywhere all the time and OVER reacting most of the time.
The eligibility thing? The attorney General OUR attorney general is laughing at you– he is a political hack and rascist as is sotomeyer, Obama, his wife Michel and Jerimiah Wright ( who ooks 99% white).
If he gets cornered in the eligibility thing he will just knock your pieces off the board and HIS congress will make an exemption–something of that nature will crop up if he gets legally cornered and you find that ONE judge womewhere–somehow that demands the documents be shown.
I think there is a vast CONTAMINATYION well beyond conspiracy occurring in our body politic and it is dirtier now than ever in our history.
There are not a few rotten apples in this barrel, but the bulk of the barrel is filled with rotten apples.
So–what do you do? Try and clean the rotten apples out before the last few–repeat the last few- are contaminated, or do you throw the damned barrel out.
Unless something immutable and inexorable happens to Obama he ain’t going nowhere! He has an instinctive sense of the totalitarian dictator brewing in his morning tea–if such it be.
Two things that will explode the country. One, if foreign troops are allowed to arrest americans at say a demonstration or protest march–and there are at the moment UN troops on our soil—
(Obama is restricting access to ammunition, but that is too late because all the ammunition in thw world is out there already—
two: Obama uses an executive order to legalize 30,000,000– and anchor baby- counting- illegal illiterates- great asets to america–85% can read or write their own language.
With double digit employment and more on the rise, legalizing 30,000,000 illegals will split the fabric of this country open and you will have civil war as sure as you are siutting there sipping your coffee and reading this. And an executive order for this purpose will come on the heals of the distortion and pervesion of our health care system.
I am utterly amazed that there is no massive march on washington DEMANDING he step down–This BUM has to be encouraged to step down or all you will have is sad memories of what this country used to be like as you tramp through its ashes. You can thank George Dubya – the manical oligarth for opening the door to Obama and his OVERLORDS. Predators see and seize opportunities and this Obama crowd are predators–
To remove Obama as a matter of a constitutional militia forming to execute a warrant issued by a citizen’s grand jury is a constitutional right–The elitist power structure–all branches and levels of same-will obfuscate and speak of standing and qualification, and how are you personally hurt by this and so on–Berg went through all of this and we watched carefully before we switched channels to orly– and I might add for all of you reading this that Savage is a redoubtable albeit eccentric chap who at his best hits many nails on the head.
But let me briefly return to my rotten apple barrel analogy.
To my mind our sainted Orly is attempting to get the barrel keepers to clean out the rotten apples until rainbows and light shine on the uncontaminated apples. Problem is the barrel keeper and gatekeeper to the orchard are as rotten as the apples they MAY be mandated to remove–so where does that leave us. Are we going to ask eric holder to arrest them? Hell, you might as well ask him to arrest himself and then keep, on dreamig.
I conclude that in order to demand that Obama step down, you have to approach all three branches of governmnet in addition to the CIA, the FBI, the NSA and the Pentagon. agencies he is ostensively in charge of- alot of rotten apples in that barrel you know.
If the brave horse of the american republic grows weary under the weight of a heavy saddle and heavy oblivious bloated rider to the point of buckling under the weight of this oppression, then maybe that poor beleagered horse needs a change of saddle and RIDER, rather than palliative words and a pat on his neck.
A real march on washington with serious intentions has to be planned out side the ear shot of the media.. It needs to concentrate on producing results–lasting results. And that ,requires focuis , discipline and self control to arrive at the planned and expected result.which is the voluntary removal of a Predenser and usurper, liar and traitor– having sworn under oath in all 50 states that he was elighible– an obvious lie.
If he is made to step down, then many others will have to step down, especially those complicit in this charade and fraud–the facilitators–arab money folk-(-certainly not Hilary’s people.) corrupt legislators, judges,
–SO many rotten apples–maybe a barrel full of them. Maybe the barrel needs to be replaced.. Maybe we should have people in governmnet at all levels honest enough to see that our constitution is honored and served in the best interests of the people. Maybe we need a Nationalist Party and turn our backs on the same ole, same ole political hack feather your own nest american political bullshit now there in epidemic proportions. Maybe it is time to begin doing the right thing in MASSIVE numbers–nothing short of massive numbers to save this country from these BUMs before irreparable damage is done.
What would they do to one million men marching into washington demonstrating their second amendment right to keep and bear arms–men slinging aerms and demanding this usurper step down–remove himself, flee the country and go back to the country on his mysteriously elusive passport–Indonesia. Are they going to have 80,000 riot roops arrest One million armed militia men? this is just a hypothetical conception, but a constitutionally valid alternative –and what if a huge portion of these million men were in uniform–retired military to be sure, buit still committed and vitall and courageous enough to proudly wear and march within their militray uniform along with relatives and friends oif active militray who wilol surely get wind of all of this through the immediate internet tingling spider web of intsant information.
What do you think active military would do to uniformed VETs, their families and friends and , relatives of active military. especially when it is made abundantly clear that Obama is not eligible to give orders to anyone until he provides documentation that he has not stolen the presidency . that he is not foresworn, that he is not guilty of treason, that he has not committed the greatest breach of honor and security in US history making pikers out of Arnold and Burr.
I think pretty soon you are going to honestly have to leave the world of words and ask yourself: What am I prepared to do to get my country back.
Persoanlly, I would like to see Alan Keyes heading the New Nationalist Party of America- and with inspired conservative guidance, shift this country to a corrective right of center position–a place where most americans of traditional ilk are most comfortable.

What exactly are you asking Orly to do? She still has minor children. I agree with much of what you say. I agree that three weeks with Sarah Palin is a waste of time and Sarah has her own agenda to follow. She may feel as though Orly is trying to ride her coat tails at the blazing end.
Alan Keyes is NOT the answer. I know that many like him but he is not appealing to most people and has had very little personal success since the 80’s. He has been on the national stage much eariler in his life and look how little press he got for his recent arrest at Notre Dame? No one cares what he does or doesn’t do.
